BRIC-Link III Rack Shelf Assembly

The BRIC-Link III Rack Shelf Assembly is a product that is designed to hold and organize multiple BRIC-Link III cases in a single rack. It comes with a front bracket that allows for easy installation of the cases onto the rack shelf panel. The assembly also includes a blank plate that can be used to cover the second set of cutouts if only one case is being installed.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Remove the front panel from the end of the BRIC-Link III case by removing the 4 – #4-40 x 3/8 black screws. Remove the 4 rubber feet on the bottom of the BRIC-Link III.
2. Orient and fasten the case to the rack shelf panel using the 4 – #4-40 x 3/8 black screws. Make sure the case and cover are flush to the rack shelf panel. Gently ensure that all LEDs and buttons are aligned and seated into panel.
3. Repeat this process for the second BRIC-Link III case.
4. If you are not installing a second BRIC-Link III to the rack shelf panel, a blank plate is available to cover the second set of cutouts.
5. To install the blank plate, place it over the appropriate holes in the rack shelf panel and fasten it with 4 – #4-40 x 3/8 black screws and 4 #4-40 x 1/4 kep nuts.
6. Place the case and rack shelf panel assembly on the rack shelf, aligning the rack mounting holes at each side.
7. Slide everything into your rack and fasten it with the rack manufacturer’s suggested hardware.
8. Plug the power supply/supplies into the BRIC-Link III(s) and then your audio and Ethernet cables.

Note: Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines when using the BRIC-Link III Rack Shelf Assembly. Ensure that all components are properly installed and secured before use.

Installing Front Bracket

8. Plug the power supply/supplies into the BRIC-Link III(s) and then your audio and Ethernet cables.
