Product Information
The product is a set of support brackets for LCVs (Light Commercial Vehicles) with a maximum weight capacity of 150 kg. It comes with a package containing various components including aluminum brackets and screws. The product has a CEE-EEC type approval and is manufactured by Cruzber SA, located in Spain.
Product Usage Instructions
- Check the package content to ensure that all components are included.
- Identify the two aluminum brackets sized 50×30 mm and 52×35 mm respectively.
- Attach the components as follows:
- Use screws (813-073) and (012-231) to attach the 50×30 mm bracket to the (+10) and (012-232) components respectively.
- Use screws (829) and (830) to attach the 52×35 mm bracket to the (828) components.
- Attach the remaining components using screws (813-074), (500), and (012-232).
- Tighten all screws with a torque of 6 Nm.
- Attach the assembled support brackets to the LCV using the same torque setting as in Step 4.
- Attach the optional components (941-109) if required, following the instructions provided with those components.
Note: When attaching the support brackets to LCV, refer to the vehicle’s user manual for specific instructions and safety guidelines.
