IKEA 404.408.32 UPPLYST LED Wall Lamp

Product Information

The product is called UPPLYST and is an electrically operated device. It requires a maximum of 120VAC and 21mA at 60Hz. The device is intended for indoor use only and complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. The device should not be used by children under 3 years of age.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Before using the device, check that all parts are undamaged.
  2. Plug the device into an indoor outlet on a circuit different from that to which other electric devices are connected.
  3. Turn on the device using the power switch.
  4. If the device emits harmful interference, try one or more of the following:
    • Reposition the device and receiver to increase separation between them.
    • Connect the device to a circuit that is different from that to which the receiver is connected.
    • Consult a dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
  5. When mounting the device, choose screws and plugs that are suitable for the material in which they will be placed.

Note: Keep these instructions for future reference and do not use the device if any part is damaged.

WARNING– Strangulation hazard.

  • NEVER place cord within reach of the child in a crib, playpen or toddler bed.
  • ALWAYS secure cord to wall. Check regularly that the cord is securely fastened.
  • Pull the cord to remove any slack between switch and both fasteners. Tie up any remaining slack cord between fastener and socket.
