DESCRIPTION

The NeckFix Device was created by chiropractors, physiotherapists, and orthopedic doctors to provide you with Instant Neck Pain Relief at Home. We observe that cervical traction can provide you with the most alleviation, despite the fact that neck and shoulder exercises might be very helpful. Unfortunately, the majority of cervical traction devices are insufficient and too expensive to use at home. You will experience a very soothing and comforting cervical traction device with the NeckFix Cervical Neck Traction Device, which you may use conveniently at home.

Even routine tasks might become difficult due to neck pain, which isn’t always simple to treat. Arthritis, herniated discs, or neck injuries are just a few of the numerous potential reasons of neck discomfort. Your neck pain’s specific course of treatment will depend on what’s causing it, but your doctor or physical therapist may frequently suggest a neck traction device. Over time, these tools can assist in reducing neck pain by gently stretching your muscles and decompressing your spine.

Further instructions/explanations on how to use the NeckFix device

First of all, I want to explain that the level of inflation when a person feels discomfort will always differ from person to person, and that is the reason why we cannot just define overinflating the device as what is over a standard number of pumps.

But what we can do, is provide some recommendations that would help our customers determine where relaxation stops and discomfort begins.

In order to figure out the perfect level of inflation for you, you can try taking the following steps:

  • Inflate the product until your head and chin are resting comfortably on the device. Use the device like this for 15 minutes, 2-3 times/day. You can use it when you work on your laptop, watch TV or simply relax on the couch. The NeckFix device will help relieve tension or pain in your neck and posterior muscles.
  • After you have determined the position in which your head and chin rest comfortably on the device, continue by inflating the device with an additional 5 pumps for the next 3 days (i.e. +5 pumps on the first day, +10 pumps on the second day, +15 pumps on the third day). If you feel uncomfortable at any time, stop pumping air into the device.
Use the device every day for 15 minutes, 2-3 times/day.

Inflating the device progressively will help you realize when the device becomes uncomfortable. Stretching your tendons and ligaments excessively from the beginning can cause inflammation and pain and can result in an overall bad experience. That is why we emphasize the importance of finding your own level of comfort when using the device.

As you know, sometimes slower is faster.
