Product Information
The ALAVA balance board is a birch plywood board that measures W 30 cm x D 1.8 cm x H 80 cm and weighs 3.2 kg. It comes with a natural cork massage roller that measures W 35 cm x D 10 cm and weighs 775 kg. The age recommendation for this product is 12+ and the maximum user weight is 120 kg / 265 lbs.
Safety and Care Instructions
- To avoid damage, always ensure there is enough space around the balance board before use.
- It is recommended to use the balance board barefoot, with appropriate footwear, or to apply the provided anti-slip tape on the surface of the board to avoid slipping.

Usage Instructions
- Ensure there is enough space around the balance board before use to avoid damage.
- Use the balance board barefoot or with appropriate footwear.
- If needed, apply the provided anti-slip tape on the surface of the board to avoid slipping. The product comes with two types of anti-slip tapes: 2 x 60 cm and 4 x 30 cm. Apply the tapes either lengthwise or across; see the example pictures. When applying across, cut the tapes in half.

Instructions for applying the anti-slip tapes
The product comes with anti-slip tapes, that can be applied on the board to provide additional grip. Apply the tapes either lengthwise (1.) or across (2.); see the example pictures. When applying across, cut the tapes in half.
