Frequently Asked Question

1. Low translation accuracy?****

– It may be due to excessive environmental noise, which affects the recording quality. It is recommended to switch to a relatively quiet environment before translating.
Perhaps you are too far away from the translation machine, resulting in incomplete recording. Suggest shortening the distance between the speaker and the microphone of the translation machine.

2. Display network exceptions?****

– Please check if the traffic card package has expired? If connecting to WIFI/mobile hotspot for use, please check if the connected WIFI/mobile hotspot network is unobstructed. If you are in places such as airports, entrances and exits, or outdoor suburbs, you may experience poor network conditions. It is recommended to try again in urban areas or other areas with good signal coverage.
When arriving in a new country or region, the device will actively search for the local network, which may take 5 to 10 minutes. We suggest that you be patient or try restarting the network.
Please check if your current country or region is within the range supported by this device.

3. Is there a stuck or crashed situation?****

– Incorrect operational behavior may cause device crashes. You can press and hold the power button for more than 20 seconds to forcibly restart the translation machine.

4. Does the translation machine consume too much power?****

– Perhaps your current network environment is poor, and frequent network searches by the translation machine can lead to a significant increase in power consumption. We suggest that you use a translator in areas with good signal coverage, or switch to a more stable WIFI connection.
