Preface
Thansk for your order on our Mini excavator .Please operate based on the
following requirements; For the other operation, please checking on the
operational manual.
For the fuel:
Diesel model: Diesel oil 0#
Gasoline model: Gasoline oil 92# 95#
Hydraulic oil 46#
Engine oil SAE15W-40,
- Always keep the hydraulic oil above the middle liquid level to ensure that the gear pump has enough oil adsorption, and more oil also helps to cool the hydraulic oil.
- The Koop engine oil no more than 2L,needs to be changed every 20 hours for the first time, every 50 hours for the second time, and every 150 hours thereafter.
- Kubota changes the engine oil for 50 hours for the first time, and every 100 hours thereafter.
- Before starting the Kubota engine, warm up the engine for 5 to 10 seconds.
- if the machine will not work in a long time, try to retract the cylinder block into the cylinder.
- When parked for a long time, it is necessary to recharge the battery for a month to prevent it from being parked for a long time and difficult to start.
- the hydraulic oil is about 18L,should change after work about 1000hours,or change when oil color change.

starts the engine or touches the control, it may cause serious injury.
Before performing maintenance, turn off the engine, remove the key and carry
it with you.
Regular replacement of safety-critical components
To ensure that the machine can be used safely for a longer period of time,
regular refueling, inspection and maintenance should be carried out.
Safety-critical components that are regularly replaced refer to components
that are aged, worn and functionally degraded after repeated use, and the
performance of such components will change over time. These characteristics of
such components can cause serious mechanical damage or personal injury, and it
is difficult to judge the remaining service life based on visual inspection or
operating feel.

Section III Refueling matters needing attention
No smoking or open flames are allowed when refueling or near the refueling
point.
Do not remove the fuel tank cap or refuel when the engine is being transported
or has not yet cooled down. Do not spill fuel on the hot surface of the
machine.
Fill the fuel tank in a well-ventilated area.
Do not fill up the fuel tank. There should be room for oil expansion.
Spilled fuel should be wiped clean immediately.
Diesel fuel tank
To maintain the performance and service life of the engine, always use clean,
high-quality fuel.
In order to prevent freezing in cold weather, please choose diesel that is
still applicable when the actual temperature is at least 12OC lower than the
estimated minimum outdoor temperature.
Please use diesel fuel with a cetane number of 45 or above. When used in high
cold or high altitude areas, fuel with a higher cetane number is required.
Use fuel with a sulfur content of less than 0.05-0.0015% by volume. (In the
United States or Canada, ultra-low sulfur fuel should be used) The use of fuel
with high sulfur content may cause sulfuric acid corrosion in the engine
cylinder.
The use of kerosene is prohibited. Never mix kerosene, used engine lubricating
oil or residual fuel oil with diesel.
Poor quality fuel will reduce engine performance or cause engine damage. It is
not recommended to use fuel additives. Certain fuel additives can cause engine
performance to decline.
Metal content, such as zinc, sodium, magnesium, silicon, and aluminum, must be
limited to 1 mass ppm or less.
Safety measures when using biodiesel, the engine manufacturer ’s warranty
provisions are invalid for machines that use biodiesel that does not meet the
standards or has deteriorated.
Hydraulic tank
Summer YB-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil
Winter YC-N46 low temperature hydraulic oil
The hydraulic oil change interval depends on the type of hydraulic oil being
used.
