General Application

ASF series small scissor lifting platform is the upgraded version of our SF series machine, which adopts fully electric intelligent control of moving and lifting system. It contains both stable and safe performance of automatic walking and automatic lifting operation. This machine adopts both electric drive and hydraulic drive, rear drive wheel Φ230×80mm, front wheel adopts 6-inch universal wheel steering to ensure stable and flexible drive and steering.

The mini scissor lift can help personnel enter more narrower confined spaces and complete indoor aerial work tasks more flexibly. Improve work efficiency and make operators safer, as well the mini scissor lift is an efficient and safer solution for indoor aerial work than ladders and scaffolding.

It is Easy to operate, the width of the whole machine is only 0.76 Meter, it is one man scissor lift which can easily pass through the standard door and enter the narrow passage of the room. It is the best lift for home maintenance work.

This is a light-weight machine and can adapt to working on sensitive indoor floors because it has an electronic differential steering function, when it works on carpeted floors, it will not damage the carpet.

Due to it’s small volume and light-weight, as well aerial work performances are stable and flexible, it was favored by customers and widely applied to indoor and outdoor aerial installation and maintenance operations, it is best choice for the installation and maintenance of road traffic equipment and facilities too. In particular it can be used in workshop aerial work area，in airports, schools, libraries, exhibition halls, government agencies, theaters, large supermarkets and many other venues.

Control Handle Operation Steps

1. Turn on the green switch
2. M light is to drive, when it turn to green is speed up yellow is to slow down (short press)
3. (long press) click M , when the second light open,
4. it is rise or fall
5. When the platform rised up to 330mm, the move speed will slow down.
   

General Structure

ASF MODEL Scissor Working Platform composed of a working platform, fork arm, lift cylinder, hydraulic control system, total five parts. (see Figure 1)

Technical Parameter

Operation Principle

1. Through the motor drive pump, high pressure oil into the valve block P cavity, the 1 to the A cavity through the one-way valve output, into the lift cylinder, so that the working platform slowly rise.

2. Depending on the load, the relief valve 2 is set to work under pressure, can prevent overload or overpressure.

3. The operation platform falls, open solenoid valve 4, the lifting cylinder on the load platform under the gravity, the hydraulic oil flow to the A into the valve chamber, a one-way valve 1 closed due to reverse, hydraulic oil only through the solenoid valve to open the 4, the adjustable throttle valve 3, O cavity into the fuel tank, then the operation platform slowly decline.

4. Because the pressure balance structure is adopted in the valve, the closed starting work is controlled by the electromagnet, so the stability of the lifting speed can not be influenced by the load fluctuation. (see Figure two)

Operation Instruction

1. operation (power) input: open the control keys on the switch box, press the green button on the control box and the working platform to go up, press the red button on the control box and the working platform rise. When the lifting  platform is not used for a long time, the key switch on the control box mustbe closed. The lifting platform is strictly prohibited to carry out lifting work.
2. During absent process, strictly prohibited by the operator with other items to do the horizontal direction of all the force action.
3. The oil pump is equipped with an emergency oil drain bolt, in case of failure of the lifting platform or power supply system suddenly power off, the bolt can be loosened, then the platform will be slow down

Storage and Maintenance

1. After 6 months, the hydraulic oil should be changed, the number of times and the pollution degree of hydraulic oil should be changed regularly. When replacing the hydraulic oil, the inner wall of the oil tank can be thoroughly cleaned, and the foreign matter such as metal particles, cotton yarn, fiber and other foreign bodies can not be entered into the oil tank.
2. strictly to prevent the pollution of hydraulic oil, oil must not have water, acid, alkali and other impurities, the oil tank shall not be coated with anti rust oil.
3. If the solenoid valve occurs due to foreign matter blocking phenomenon, leading to the failure of hydraulic system. There are 10 holes drilled in the middle of the M14 * 1.5 screw, screw out the copper valve sleeve, spool with pull out, be immersed in kerosene gently rotating the spool, which stuck cleaning debris, and then gently pull the valve, check valve sleeve and foreign body injury, after carefully into the spool, the spool in the valve can smooth sliding sleeve. Attention to maintain the original distribution accuracy, and then together into the valve body, and then install the solenoid valve can be.
4. If the platform has the phenomenon of automatic whereabouts, check the check valve seal is reliable, emergency release valve is loose, or check whether the oil has a soft fiber leads to failure of one-way valve.
5. Regularly check whether the upper limit switch is out of order.
6. Non-professionals do not disassemble the hydraulic system components, such as no grasp, do not study, can be entrusted to the factory repair.
7. Filling the lubricating oil at the hinge of the supporting arm.

Cautions and Safety Notes

a) after rise a person, it is strictly prohibited to do something like a lateral thrust or pull of the action;
b) In principle, the installation and commissioning of the platform to prohibit the rise and fall of the speed of adjustment;
c) Loading weight of the goods is not allowed to exceed the rated load Capacity
d) Do not enter the operation platform during the lifting process
e) During Overhaul process, the platform must be well controlled under the security support protection.
f) It is strictly prohibited to adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system to take the risk of overload operation；
g) Not allowed to remove or modify parts in the machine arbitrarily。

Common Faults and Solutions
