MediAlarm 4G Fall Detector Pro
Product Information: MEDI ALARM PRO 4G
MEDI ALARM PRO 4G is a medical alert device that connects to a 4G network to provide emergency support. The device includes a sim card slot for network connectivity. The device comes with a battery, which needs to be charged before use. The device has a small button on the bottom right-hand side for turning it on and off.
Product Usage Instructions
- Open the box and take the device out. Turn it over to reveal the five screws on the back.
- Unscrew the five screws with a small Phillips head screwdriver.
- Open the device carefully without pulling on the battery cables. Unlock the sim card tray by moving it down towards the centre of the device. Slowly open the tray, hinging towards the centre of the device.
- Place the sim card in the slot carefully with the missing corner facing the top left of the device. Close the sim card tray and push the tray down and towards the top of the device to lock it in place.
- Close the device back together. Place the screws back in the holes and finger tighten them. Do not over tight or force the screws.
- Turn on the device by holding the small bottom right-hand button for 5 seconds then releasing.
- The new sim card will require registration by the MediAlarm Support Team to connect to the correct network. Contact MediAlarm Support Team to register your sim card.
