Why there is no video output?
Reply:
- Please make sure your USB-C source devices support video output (DP Alt-mode)
- Please check the connection is well
- Please use a High-speed HDMI cable from a Certified HDMI adopter
Why there is no audio output from the HDMI port?
Reply:
- Please make sure that there is an audio output function on the monitor.
- Please set the external monitor as the default audio output device.
Sometimes WiFi stopped working while the hard disk is connected to the hub, how to do it?
Reply:
- 2.4G network is easily disturbed. You can switch to the SG network, or you can adjust the placement of the hard disk, and move to the suitable place.
What to do if a USB driver cannot be identified?
Reply:
- Restart the computer and reconnect the product.
If the display stopped after connecting a high current hard disk, what to do?
Reply:
Must be charged. Please supply by power adapter. Advice only connect one hard
disk max.
Why TF & SD cannot be found and read?
Reply:
- Restart the computer and reconnect
- For Mac OS, the card must be EFAT or FAT format Please supply power by power adapter.
When the computer is charged, the surface temperature of the product is high, it is normal?
Reply:
It is normal, but it is also in the range of the normal working temperature.
After fully charged, the product will go back lower temperature.
