INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

CHECK AND FOLLOW FITTING INSTRUCTIONS PROPERLY

This product should be installed not below 70F (21C) Below this temperature fabric contract for 1* (2/3 cm) or more and installation become harder with a risk of breaks.
few day’s after fitting fabric will relax loosing the packing wrinkles.

CAUTION Sa fety glasses should be worn at all times installing this product.

COMPONENT LIST

• n. 1 Truck top window and Roll cage covers ( L & R)
• n. 2 Alu door panel
• n. 2 Panel channel
• n. 10 Allen Bolt M5 x 20 mm
• n. 10 Nut M5
• n. 2 Allen Bolt M6
• n. 2 Panel bracket
• n. 1 Cargo Bar
• n. 1 Center bar
• n. 1 Tailgate Velcro
• n. 2 Door velcro

1. remove rear doors leaving the hinges on the car

2. remove rear door hooks
   

3. fix the panel brackets with OEM bolts
   

4. fix panels on hinges
   

5. bolt the panel channels with M5x20
   

6. insert center bar

7. insert side positioners in the bar

8. wrap roll cage covers
   

9. Insert cargo bar in the pocket and position the top on the car
   

10. stick velcro on vertical struts of front door ( clean it before )
    

11. position cargo bar under the body
    

12. stick velcro on tailgate ( clean it before )
    

13. cut velcro at the correct size
    

14. slide in plastic strip on the sides
    

15. close upper parts over the roll cage
    

16. check all top tension for a perfect fitting
