INSTRUCTION
WARNING: SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS – READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Review the instructions thoroughly before beginning.
- All electrical connections must be in accordance with local codes, and the National Electric Code.
- Disconnect power at the fuse or circuit breaker before installing or servicing.
- For indoor use ONLY.
- Do not mount in hazardous locations, such as near gas or electric heaters.
- Do not let power cords touch hot surfaces.
- Equipment should be mounted in locations and at heights where it will not be subject to tampering by unauthorized personnel.
- The use of accessory equipment is not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Do not use this equipment for other than intended use.
- All servicing should be performed by qualified personnel only.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
THE FIXTURE IS SUITABLE FOR WALL, SIDE, AND SLING MOUNTING
- Open the front cover and assemble 2pc lamp heads on the frame. Remove the corner inserts if needed.(See Fig.2)
- Knockout appropriate mount screw hole and cable hole, and mount the back plate on the wall after feeding the building AC Supply Cable into back plate. (See Fig.3)
- For ceiling and side mounting purposes, remove the mounting hole cover on the top or side of the unit, and assemble the canopy. (See Fig.4, Fig.5f Fig.6)
- Attach the crossbar to the junction box, and set the longer blade of the crossbar touching the J-Box.
- Route the proper wires through the mounting hole out of the housing.
- Make electrical connections inside the J-Box using the wiring diagram.
- Push excess wire into J-Box, and use screws to tighten the canopy to the crossbar so the canopy is securely fastened and tight against the wall.
- Attach the battery connector to PC Board, restore the front cover on the unit, and adjust the position of lamp heads as needed.
- For double-face installation(only for ceiling and end mounting), remove the back plate and replace it with the extra front plate provided. (See Fig.8)
- lf pictogram direction assembled is not suitable, change the pictogram direction or replace the pictogram accordingly. (See Fig.7)
WIRING DIAGRAM
AC WIRING
Connect the white wire to the neutral. If using 120V, connect the black wire
to the hot lead. If using 347V, connect the red wire to the hot lead. Cap
unused lead.
ASSEMBLY LAMP HEADS
- Open the front cover with flat screwdriver.
- insert the lamp heads in the corners of the main frame. Select the direction of the lamp head before inserting it.
- Connect the connector on the lamp near to the connector on the PCBA.
- Remove the corner inserts if needed.
