Product Usage Instructions
Before using the MT300 & MT300R Under Desk Treadmill, ensure that the
treadmill is positioned correctly underneath the height-adjustable desk. The
treadmill comes with four wheels for easy repositioning. After positioning,
ensure the treadmill is secured in place to prevent any accidental movement
while in use.
To operate the treadmill, step onto the walking surface and start walking at a
comfortable pace. The patented motorless design enables gravity-driven self-
propelled operation, making intuitive to use by any age group. The recommended
speed is between 0.1 – 6 km/h.
The product is suitable for home offices, business, and other work areas. It
is easy to reposition and can be used with shoes or while barefoot. The
MT300R version comes with an optional backrest and standing aid, providing

When not in use, ensure the treadmill is turned off and unplugged from the
