SHIATSU FOOT MASSAGER WITH HEAT
Foot massager
Introduction
WARNING! Observe the entire operating manual and safety instructions to prevent personal injury and property damage. This manual is an integral part of this product. Familiarise yourself with all operating and safety instructions before using the product. Keep this manual in a safe place and hand over all documents when passing the product to third parties.
Intended purpose and use
The product is designed exclusively for massaging the soles of the feet and other body areas such as shoulders and back. It is intended for private use only and is not suitable for commercial use. The product is not a medical product and is therefore not suitable for medical massages or for use in medical treatments and the like. Any use other than that described above or any modification of the device is not permitted and may result in injury and/or damage to the device. The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage caused by improper use.
- on healthy, cleansed skin;
- for a maximum of 15 minutes (at at a time);
- for massaging the soles of the feet (see section “Using the product”);
- for massaging other parts of the body, such as shoulders and back (see chapter “Using the product without the top”).
The product must not be used
– on animals;
– on acutely or chronically ill, injured, burnt, swollen or inflamed skin,
burnt, swollen or inflamed skin (e.g. painful and painless inflammations,
redness, rash, phlebitis, arterial
thrombosis, venous thrombosis, thrombophlebitis, varicose veins, allergies,
bruises as well as wounds and surgical scars in the healing process)
– on tissue that is prone to bleeding;
– on the head and on hard parts of the body (bones, joints).

Safety instructions
Important safety instructions
Failure to comply with the following instructions
may cause personal injury or property damage. The following safety
instructions and hazard warnings are intended not only to protect your health
or that of others, but also to protect the device. Please therefore observe
these safety instructions and hand over these operating instructions when
handing over the appliance.
Danger of electric shock
Only connect the product if the mains voltage of the socket corresponds
to the specification on the rating plate.
Only connect the product to an easily accessible socket so that you can
quickly disconnect the product from the mains in the event of a malfunction.
Do not use the product if it is visibly damaged or if the plug-in power
supply unit, control unit or cables are defective.
The product’s cable(s) cannot be replaced. If the cable to the control
unit or the cable to the mains connection is damaged, discard the entire
product.
Do not open or tamper with the product itself, the control panel or the
plug-in power supply. Leave the repair to specialists. Contact a specialist
workshop for this purpose.
Liability and warranty claims are excluded in case of user-performed
repairs, incorrect connection or incorrect operation.
Only parts corresponding to the original device data may be used for
repairs. This product contains electrical and mechanical components that are
essential for protection against sources of danger.
Use the product only with the plug provided.
Only use the plug-in power supply unit supplied with the product. Do not
use the plug-in power supply for devices other than the corresponding product.
Always ensure that the moving parts in the product can move freely. Do
not block the moving parts or insert objects into the product or between
moving parts.
Do not use the product with an external timer or a separate remote
control.
Only use the product when it is dry. Keep all liquids away from the
product, control unit, mains adapter and cables.
Do not immerse the product, plug-in power supply unit, control unit or
cables in water or other liquids.
Never touch the mains adapter or the control unit with wet hands.
Never pull the plug out by the cable, but always hold the plug.
Never use the cable as a handle.
Keep the product, control panel, mains adapter and cables away from open
flames and hot surfaces.
Do not bend the cables or lay them over sharp edges. Do not place
objects on the cables.
Only use the product in dry indoor areas.
Never use the product in damp rooms or in environments with humidity
higher than 75%.
Never store or use the product in such a way that it can fall into a
bathtub or sink.
Never reach for an electrical appliance if it has fallen into water. In
this case, immediately unplug it.
Unplug the appliance immediately if a malfunction occurs (e.g. unusual
noises or smoke).
Do not use the product during thunderstorms. Switch off the product and
unplug the mains adapter from the wall socket when a thunderstorm is
(imminent).
Unplug the AC adapter from the wall outlet before cleaning the device.
The user does not need to do anything to set the product to 50 or 60 Hz.
The product automatically sets itself to 50 or 60 Hz.
General safety instructions
WARNING!
This appliance can be used by older children aged 8 years and above and
persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or have received instruction
in the safe use of the appliance and understand its hazards.
Children should not play with the appliance. There is a risk of injury.
Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children
unsupervised. There is a risk of injury.
Ensure that children do not insert objects into the inside of the
product.
Keep children under the age of eight away from the product (incl.
control unit and cable) and mains adapter (incl. cable). Children may strangle
themselves with the product’s cables or otherwise injure themselves on the
product.
Do not allow children to play with the packaging film. Children may
become entangled in it while playing and suffocate.
FIRE HAZARD
WARNING!
Never leave the product unattended during use.
Do not sleep while using the product.
Unplug the power adapter from the wall outlet when not using the
product.
Do not cover the plug-in power supply unit during use as it may become
very hot. There is a fire hazard if the heat produced by the plug-in power
supply cannot be dissipated.
Do not use the product under a blanket or pillow. Otherwise, the product
may overheat and cause a fire.
Do not use the product near flammable substances (e.g. petrol) or highly
flammable materials.
**** Do not smoke while using the product.
RISK OF BURNS AND INJURIES
WARNING!
The product has a heated surface. People with heat-sensitive skin should
be careful when using the product. Be aware of the heat sensitivity of your
skin and do not use the product directly on your skin if it is sensitive.
Be very careful when using the heating function to avoid possible skin
burns.
If using the product causes pain, stop using the product and consult a
doctor.
Do not use the product for therapeutic or medical purposes.
RISK OF DAMAGE
Only use the product on your feet without shoes.
Do not expose the product to blows or knocks.
Take care not to put excessive weight on the product, especially on the moving
parts in the product. Do not stand, lie down or sit on the product or its
moving parts.
Do not place objects on the product, cables, control unit or power plug.
Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or high temperatures. Protect the
product from dust, dirt and moisture.
Before use
Remove all packaging material from the appliance.
Check that the delivery is complete (see fig. A).
Check whether the product or individual parts are damaged. If so, do not use
the product. Contact the manufacturer via the service address given in the
relevant chapter.
Commissioning General application information
Always start your massages with little pressure first to allow the body to get
used to the movements of the massage heads 5.
Caution: risk of damage!
Improper use of the product may result in damage to the product.
Use the product only while seated. Never stand or sit on the product.
Note: The product is primarily intended for the use described here for
foot massages. Use the product with the upper part 13 and the lower part 8 or
possibly only the lower part 8.
For massages on the shoulders and back, use the product without the upper part
13 (see chapter “Using the product without the upper part”). Insert the device
plug 4 into the connection box 3 .
Plug the mains adapter 12 into a socket to establish the mains connection for
the product.
Place the product on a flat, dry surface at a suitable distance from where you
are sitting (e.g. in front of your chair). Make sure the cable is laid so that
it does not present a tripping hazard.
Sit on your chair.
Insert your feet through the access opening 1 so that your soles rest on the
massage heads 5 in the lower part 8.
Switch the product on at the operating unit 7 and operate it during operation
with the operating unit 7 (see section “Operating the product with the
operating unit “).
Switch the product off on the operating unit 7 to cancel the massage in
progress. Or:
Use the product for a maximum of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes of use, the
product switches off automatically (automatic switch-off).
Unplug the mains adapter 12 to disconnect the product from the mains
connection after use.
Pull the appliance plug 4 out of the socket 3
OPERATING THE DEVICE WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL
Note: During an application, you can switch between the two rotation
directions of the massage heads 5 and switch the heating function on and off
according to your personal preference.
The integrated automatic switch-off automatically switches the product off
after the maximum operating time of 15 minutes. This is not a malfunction.
After the automatic switchoff, you can immediately switch the product on again
and use it (e.g. for massages on other body areas, other people). However,
make sure not to exceed the maximum usage time of 15 minutes per body zone.
You operate the product with the control panel 7 (see fig. A).
Press the on/off button 9 once to switch on the product. The signal light
above the on/off button 9 lights up red, indicating that the product is
switched on.
To switch the product off, press the power button 9 again. The red signal
light above the power button 9 turns off, indicating that the product is
switched off.
To start the massage function, press the 10 button once or the 11 button once when the product is on. The signal light above the corresponding button lights up green, indicating that the massage heads 5 rotate in the corresponding direction 10 Change of direction: the massage heads 5 rotate in the opposite direction. 11 Direction change button: The massage heads 5 rotate in the opposite direction.
To switch on the heating function, press the heating button 6 when the
product is switched on. The signal light above the heating button 6 lights up
red to indicate that the heating function is on.
To switch off the heating function, press heating button 6 again. The
red signal light above the heating button 6 goes out, indicating that the
heating function has been switched off.
Using the product without the top
Improper use of the product may result in damage to the product.
Do not use the product sitting down. Never lie or sit on the product.

Open the zip 2 completely (see fig. C).
Remove the upper part 13 upwards from the lower part 8.
Plug the appliance plug 4 into the socket 3.
Plug the mains adapter 12 into a socket to establish the mains
connection for the product.
Place the lower part 8 with the massage heads 5 on the body parts such
as the shoulders or back and then gently lean against the backrest of the
chair (see fig. B). The lower part 8 is now between your body and the backrest
of the chair. Take care not to lean too hard against the base 8 during use to
avoid overloading the product.
Switch the product on at control unit 7 and operate it during use with
control unit 7 (see section “Operating the product with the control unit”).
Switch the product off at control unit 7 to cancel the massage in
progress. Or:
Use the product for a maximum of 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes of use, the product switches off automatically
(automatic switch-off). Unplug the mains adapter 12 to disconnect the product
from the mains.
Unplug the appliance 4 from the socket 3 .
CLEANING CARE AND STORAGE
Ensure that no water or other liquids get into the interior of the product,
the control panel or the power supply unit.

Let the product cool down completely.
Do not clean the product in the dishwasher.
Do not use aggressive detergents or hard brushes!
Do not bleach.

Open the zip 2 completely and remove the top part 13 from the bottom part 8
(see fig. C).
Clean the bottom part 8 and the control part 7 with a slightly damp
cloth and water.
For heavier soiling, you can also use a light soap solution. However,
always ensure that the cloth is only slightly damp to prevent moisture from
penetrating the product or the control panel 7.
Clean the top 13 by washing it by hand or in the washing machine (gently
at 30 °C).
Allow the top 13 to dry completely.
After cleaning, reassemble the top 13 and bottom 8 and close the zip 2 .
Protect the product from direct sunlight.
Do not place objects or anything similar on the product.
Store the product out of the reach of children, tightly closed and at a
storage temperature between 5 and 20 °C (room temperature). room temperature).
**** Store the device and all parts in the original packaging in a dry
environment if you are not going to use it for a long time.
