Installation
Ensure that the AC power cord of the power supply is not connected
Follow the case’s manual on installation of a power supply, and install the
uiit with the provided mounting screws
The 24Pin motherboard cable has a detachable 4Pin connector, which allows
support for both 24Pin and 20Pin power sockets on the motherboard.
Connect the CPU(4+4)Pin cable to the motherboard
Connect the peripheral cable to the power supply socket of the hard disk and CD-ROM/DVD-ROM.
Connect the SATA cable to the power socket of the SATA SSD or hard disk.
Connect the PCI-E(6+2)Pin cable to the power socket of the PCI-E graphics card
(if necessary).
Connect the AC power cord to the power supply and turn oo the power by turning
the switch to the “I” position.
Important Information on Safety
Beware of electric shock!
Strictly follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety warnings during
installation. Failure to follow the provisions may damage the power supply or
system, and may cause serious injury, and possibly death.
- Do not drill holes into this product.
- The power supply is a high voltage product. Do not open the power supply shell or try to repair the power supply; this power supply has no user-serviceable components.
- he product is designed for indoor use only.
- Do not use the power supply near water, in a high temperature location, or in a humid environment.
- Do not install the power supply near heat sources (such as radiators, electric heaters, stoves or other devices that may generate heat).
- Do not put any objects into the air vents or fan grill area of the power supply.
- Do not refit the cables or connectors provided with the power supply.
- If the power supply uses modular cables, only use the modular cables provided by the supplier. Other modular cables may be incompatible, and can cause serious damage to the system and power supply.
- The detachable 4Pin connector on the 24Pin motherboard cable is not a “P4″ or”+ 12V” connector. If this connector is used as a “P4″ or”+ 12V” connector, it may cause serious damage.
- Failure to comply with any of the safety and manufacturer’s instructions will result in immediate invalidation of various warranties and guarantees.
Troubleshooting
If the power supply is not functioning correctly, please check the following:
- Please confirm that the input voltage switch (115V/23fN) in on the correct voltage, and switch to the correct voltage if necessary. Please refer to the utilization voltage in the area of use. (Applicable to power products with a passive PFC function only).
- Please confirm that the AC power cord 1s connected to the power product itself.
- Please confirm that the 1/0 switch on the power supply is switched to the ‘I” position.
- Please confirm that the power cords of the motherboard, graphics card, hard disk. and other interface devices are properly installed.
- Please press the I/O switch on the power supply to the “o” position to turn off the unit , wait for 5 minutes to allow the unit to discharge and reset the protection , push the i/o switch back to the position ,and then turn the power .on for the system.

Description of limited liability warranty

Warranty is provided for abnormal or damaged parts of this product due to defects in the manufacturing process; the abnormal or damaged parts in the following ciises will be repaired or replaced by DeepCool after inspection and judgment: any abnormality or damage to any part of the product will not be covered by the warranty if the unit is used outside of the following conditions
■ The normal use of the product in accordance with the product manual, without improper or excessive use, or in any other unreasonable application (for example: using this product in product testing).
■ Damages that are not caused by acts of nature (for example: lightning, shock, power surge, fire, earthquake, flood, blizzard, hurricane, insects, animal attack, etc.)
■ The product has not been disassembled, modified, or repaired by any unauthorized person. The components have not been disassembled or replaced.
■ The product’s tamper-evident sticker has not been removed or damaged -
During the warranty period, Deep Cool’s greatest share of liability is limited to the value of this product in the current market (the cut Tent residual value of the product does not include freight, handling fees, and other costs). Deep Cool shall not be liable for compensation for other losses caused by the use ofth1s product.

During the warranty period, Deep Cool is obligated to repair or replace defective products. However, under any circumstances, Deep Cool shall not be liable for any compensation for any losses (including but not limited to data damage, business loss, loss of profit, incidental or indirect loss of using this product, improper use and losses caused by the user’s negligence whether it is foreseeable or Deep Cool has notified in advance that such damage may occur, but the user still violates the warranty terms and contract) caused by the sale, purchase or use of this product

The warranty clause is only applicable lo the original buyer who purchases the product through a Deep Cool authorized distributor or agent, and not applicable to the buyer who purchases it second hand
