Door handle opening and closing

Door handle open
There are 8 ways to open the door handle:

• Short press the end button on the door handle (Corresponding to the door handle to open)
• Unlocked, opening the door from inside the car (Corresponding to the door handle to open)
• When the car is locked, press the end of the door handle to unlock the car (all door handles open)
• Card key to unlock vehicle(all door handles open)
• The vehicle is not sleeping and the phone key is near (all door handles open)
• Mobile APP to unlock the vehicle(all door handles open)
• When the car is locked, the gear shifts to P gear (all door handles open)
• Click on the central control screen to unlock(all door handles open)

Door handle closed
There are 5 ways to close the door handle:

• When the door handle is in the open state, pull the door handle and release it (corresponding to the door handle being closed)
• When the door handle is opened for 10s, no operation is triggered (corresponding to the door handle being closed)
• Door closed (corresponding to door handle closed)
• Lock the car (all door handles closed)
• Vehicle speed greater than 0 (all door handles closed)

Welcome lighting effect settings

Setting via door handle button

• Short press the front left or right door handle button to trigger the door handle to pop open
• Press and hold the inner button of the door handle for 3 seconds, wait for the green light of the door handle to flash 3 times, the system enters the welcome light effect setting state
• Short press the inner button of the door handle to set the welcome light effect, there are 10 kinds of light effects for users to choose
• After about 10 seconds of no operation, the system will automatically save the current light effect and exit the welcome light effect setting state
  

Setting through the steering wheel buttons

• Push the left wheel of the steering wheel to the right and keep it for 2 seconds, wait for the door handle to pop open and then release it
• The door handle flashes the green light three times, and the system enters the welcome light effect setting state
• Push the left scroll wheel to the left to select the previous light effect
• Push the left scroll wheel right to select the next light effect
• After about 10 seconds of no operation, the system automatically saves the current light effect and exits the welcome light effect setting state
  

Steering and dual flash settings

• Turn on vehicle double flash
• Enter the welcome lighting effect setting state (see 2.1 for details)
• Press and hold the door handle button or the left wheel of the steering wheel to the right Press and hold for 2 seconds to enter the steering light effect setting state
• The door handle light flashes synchronously with the original car’s double flash, indicating that the system enters the steering and double flash effect setting state
• Short press the door handle button or short push the left wheel of the steering wheel to select the door handle lighting effect

After about 10 seconds of no operation, the system automatically saves the current light effect and exits the steering and dual flash effect setting state

Setting the light prompt for car lock

• Turn off the vehicle’s left/right turn/double flashing lights
• Enter the steering and double flash effect setting state (see 2.2 for details) Press and hold the door handle button or the left wheel of the steering wheel to the right and press and hold for 2 seconds to enter the lock light effect setting state.
• Door handle light breathing display, indicating that the system enters the lock light setting state
• Short press the door handle button or short push the left wheel of the steering wheel to select the door handle lighting effect
• After about 10 seconds of no operation, the system automatically saves the current light effect and exits the lock light effect setting state

Remote upgrade operation

Upgrade preparation
Mobile WI-FI hotspot settings:

• Hotspot name: T8
• Hotspot password: 88888888

Note:

1. WI-FI hotspot only supports 2.4G frequency band
2. Apple mobile phone WI-FI hotspot name modification process: Settings -“General-“About this machine-“Name, change the name to T8

Upgrade steps

• Press the rear left or right door handle button once, after the door handle pops out,
• Press and hold the button inside the door handle for about 8 seconds, wait for the door handle light to flash green, and release the button,
• The door handle light flashes green, indicating that the system has entered the upgrade state. The device will automatically connect to the mobile phone WI-FI hotspot for firmware download and upgrade.
• After the upgrade is complete, all door handles will pop up automatically and flash green light to indicate that the upgrade is successful.

Tips for the upgrade process

• The doorknob light flashes green — it means the system is connecting to the phone’s wi-fi hotspot
• The doorknob light is always on in green — it means the system is successfully connected to the mobile phone wi-fi hotspot
• The doorknob light flows yellow — it means that the firmware is being downloaded
• The door handle LED light is off – it means that the firmware is being refreshed

Upgrade result prompt

• The door handle light flashes blue 5 times – it means the system has the latest firmware
• The doorknob light flashes red 5 times – it means the firmware upgrade failed
• The doorknob light flashes green 5 times – it means the firmware upgrade is successful

Upgrade Notes

• Make sure that the mobile phone hotspot is in the 2.4G band (5G band is not supported)
• Make sure your device is within range of your phone’s hotspot
• Do not trigger the door handle or start the car at will during the upgrade process
• Make sure the green light or blue light or red light flashes 5 times, automatically exit the upgrade and then do other operations
• If the red light flashes 5 times (indicating that the upgrade failed), you can turn off/on the WI-FI hotspot of the mobile phone, and then try the upgrade again. If the upgrade fails, please contact the after-sales service.
