INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
- Your deluxe rechargeable light and sound sleep aid will need charging prior to use. To do this, remove the power unit by opening the pocket on the back of the plush toy. Insert the charging cable into the port on the base of the unit (fig. A).
- During the charging process, the light (1) will show red. It will turn blue when fully charged. It will flash 3 times when the battery is running low.
- Turn the power unit ON using the slider (4) (fig. B) on the front of the unit and select chosen volume: off – low – mid – high.
- Press the front of the unit to activate the light (1) (fig. C). Change the brightness of the light through low, mid, high, by pressing multiple times. Light will automatically turn off after 30 minutes or until you turn it off by pressing and holding the front for 2 seconds.
- Press the back of the plush toy to activate sound (3) (fig. D). Scroll through different tunes by pressing multiple times. Sound will play for 20 minutes or until you stop it by pressing and holding the back for 2 seconds.
- There are 3 cry sensor settings:
- i. cry sensor OFF – unit isn’t listening for baby crying, but will still play sounds and light up when front or back are pressed.
- ii. cry sensor auto shut-oFF – unit turns off after 3 hours if no sound is detected
- iii. cry sensor ON – constantly listening for baby crying
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
Please keep instruction guide for future reference as it includes important
information.
WARNING! Never place inside baby’s sleeping area. Never charge the unit
whilst still inside the sleep aid.
WARNING! Attach this toy out of the reach of the child. To prevent
possible injury by entanglement, remove this toy when the child starts trying
to get up on hands and knees in a crawling position.
WARNING! For the purpose of recharging the battery, only use the
detachable unit provided with this toy.
- Battery Pack must be removed before washing the plush toy.
- Keep product out of child’s reach when product is charging.
- Rechargeable battery is for adult use only.
- Keep the USB cable out of reach of children.
- The battery box must be pulled out of the plush toy during charging, do not charge whilst still inside the plush toy.
- Do not attempt to remove, replace or repair the Lithium ion rechargeable battery (it should only be removed by recycling centres and can be done by removing the four screws in the sound box enclosure).
- Ensure any device containing batteries is disposed of in accordance with local laws.
- Soft Toys are not to be left inside the babies cot.
- Do not drop or cause any impact to the sound sleep aid.
- Do not use the sound sleep aid if any part of it is cracked or damaged..
- Ensure the product is hung outside of the cot when in use with fabric loop so it is out of reach of the child.
- Do not use any accessories other than those supplied with this appliance. Misuse of the product may result in the risk of fire, electrical shock and/or personal injury.
- Do not use damaged USB leads, adaptors or loose electrical sockets.
- Do not pull the USB lead excessively when disconnecting it.
- Do not use the sound sleep aid with wet hands
- Do not expose the sound sleep aid to very cold or very hot temperatures
- Ensure your sound sleep aid is turned o when not in use. Use with a 5V 1A or 5V 2A plug adaptor. Only plugs that are approved to BS1363 should be used (UK only). This product comes with Lithium ion rechargeable battery (1500mAh). This toy is only to be connected to equipment bearing either of the following symbols:
