Installation Instructions
WARNING Hazardous voltage. Can shock, burn, or cause death. Unplug pump
before servicing.
Pump Disassembly
- Remove the two cover screws (1), front wear plate (2) and the O-Ring (3).
- Remove pump end (7) and slinger (8) from motor shaft.
- Remove metal insert (5) and impeller (4).
- Remove shaft seal (6). This may need to be pushed out from the backside.
Pump Assembly

Slide slinger (8) onto motor shaft.

Install seal (6) by pressing it into recess.

Apply a little lithium-based grease to inside bore of metal insert (5).

Turn impeller clockwise as you push it into metal insert. Make sure impeller is completely and evenly seated.

Align motor shaft so flat section on shaft is lined up with the flat area on the inside of the impeller.
Slide the pump body (7) with the insert and impeller onto the motor shaft. Hold the impeller so it stays in place. -
Insert the O-Ring (3) and cover plate (2).
Make sure the O-Ring remains seated in the groove. -
Attach the assembly with the two cover screws (1). Tighten these evenly, but do not over-tighten the screws.
