(FAQ)
Does the P1 require a remote controller to operate it?
No. Once the cleaner is turned on, the default mode is auto mode, in which the
device will operate automatically and clean the swimming pool.
How large of a swimming pool can be cleaned?
Due to the limitations of battery capacity, the cleaner is only suitable for
swimming pools with a size of up to 1614 sq. ft (150m); otherwise, the
cleaning ability will be affected.
How deep underwater can it work?
Because the floating cable is 2 meters, in order to keep the cleaner running
properly, we suggest a max depth of no greater than 2 meters (about 6.6 feet).
How do I safely remove my cleaner from the water?
Gently pull on the floating cable to bring your cleaner to the edge of the
pool and then remove it.
Why does the compass require calibration?
Compass calibration is important to ensure efficient operation. If calibration
is abnormal or incomplete, it may lead to aberrations or abnormalities in the
cleaner’ s path. When the cleaner LED indicator is red, it means that the
cleaner needs to be recalibrated.
How often shouldI clean the filter?
It is highly recommended to clean the filter basket after each cleaning cycle.
Can the Pl clean walls and the waterline?
This cleaner is designed cleaning the floor/ground of a pool underwater. It
cannot clean the walls or the waterline properly.
What is the runtime of the P1? How long does it take to fully charge?
It takes approximately three hours to fully charge the cleaner, thanks to its
safe fast-charge technology. Once fully charged, it can provide up to four
hours of use, enough to clean most pools several times over.
