Water Conditions

Use the Robotic Pool Cleaner in the following water conditions

USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

Charging the Cleaner
Connect the cleaner and the included charger to charge the battery.

Turn on the Cleaner
Press the start button once and the cleaner will power on. The power indicator LED will turn green.

Check the Battery Level
The battery is fully charged The battery requires recharging

Turn on the Remote Controller
Press and hold the power button to power the remote controller on or off.

Replace the Remote Controller Batteries
When it is out of battery, green and red lights will flash. Replace the three AA batteries inside the remote controller

Calibrate the Compass

• When the cleaner’s function LED blinks red, it indicates that the compass is abnormal, and requires calibration.
• Find a location on grass or dirt and NOT on concrete or asphalt (unless you know the concrete or asphalt does not contain rebar).
• Hold the stick of the remote control @down and press and hold the mode switch button@ on the left side of the remote controller at the same time
• When the wheel of the cleaner swings left and right, it indicates that you ~ can start to calibrate the compass.
• Pick up the cleaner and turn it smoothly and steadily a full 360 degrees or more until the wheel swings, which indicates that the cleaner has completed calibration on that side.
• Point the front of the robot straight down and turn it smoothly and steadily a full 360 degrees or more until the wheel swings again.
• Calibrate the six sides of the cleaner in sequence.
• After this process is complete, long press the power switch button on the remote controller to exit compass calibration.
• Wait until the function led is green, which means the compass is normal.

USING THE ROBOTIC POOL CLEANER

Robotic Pool Cleaner Status Indicator
The cleaner includes LED status indicators, please refer to the table below to understand the machine status indicated by different flashing methods.

Auto Mode
Once turned on, the cleaner’ s default mode is Auto mode, where the cleaner will begin to operate approximately 1 to 2 minutes after being placed inside the pool.

Placing the Robotic Pool Cleaner into the pool
Release it and let it sink to the floor of the pool.

Path Planning
When it moves ahead and reaches one side of the pool, it can start to plan the following route parallel to the first route automatically.

Suction Boost
You can reduce suction and save energy when the pool is clean. The default is 50W power. Double-click the power switch button, and the power level will change to 25W, and the power LED will be green and quickly blinking. The cleaner s maximum suction power of 100W will activate automatic cally when the cleaner encounters large leaves and other debris.

Auto Parking
When the cleaner has completed its cleaning session, or the battery is low, it will park itself so that you can easily take it out.

Removing the Robotic Pool Cleaner from the Pool
Locate and grab the floating cable, you can then pull the cable to remove the cleaner from the swimming pool.

Manual mode

Changing to Manual Mode
Turn on the Remote Controller, double-click the Mode button, and the LED indicator will turn green, meaning the cleaner is switched to Manual control.

Change the Suction Power
You can reduce suction and save energy when the pool is clean. The default mode is 50W. Double-click the power switch button, and the power will change to 25W, and the power LED will be green and quickly blinking.

Cleaning After Use
It is highly recommended to clean the filter basket after each cleaning cycle.

WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS

• Only use the accessories recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
• This model only applies to swimming pools with a flat floor.
• Do not allow children to ride on the cleaner or play with it.
• Use the original and authorized power adapter only.
• The charging adapter must be connected to a leakage-protected socket when charging.
• Do not operate the cleaner when people or animals are in the pool.
• While charging, the cleaner should be uncovered and kept in a cool place in order to prevent damage of internal electrical components caused by overheating.
• Only certified professionals can disassemble the sealed driving kit of the cleaner.
• Do not operate the cleaner while the pool filter is running.
• Oil sealant for the servo contains grease, which can cause water pollution if exposed.
• If the cleaner needs to be stored for a long period of time, it should be charged every three months to maintain battery life between 40%-60%.
• Please use the original and authorized power adapter only.
• If the cleaner is not charged for a long time, the battery voltage will be lower than the over-discharge protection voltage due to the self-discharge of the battery,  which may cause fatal damage.
• Do not use or store the cleaner near any heat source.
• Do not pierce the shell of the cleaner with nails or other sharp objects.
• Do not hammer, impact, or throw the cleaner.
• Make sure the charging socket is dried before charging

Please ensure that the following PRECAUTIONS are implemented: ~

• Check the wheels to make sure they turn properly.
• Always clean and wash the filter tray after using.
• Turn off the cleaner when maintaining, cleaning, or when it is not in use.
• The cleaner should be stored in a cool and ventilated place, away from direct sunshine.
• Due to the limitations of the battery capacity, the cleaner is only suitable for swimming pools with sizes up to 1614 sq. otherwise, the cleaning effect will be impacted or reduced.

(FAQ)

Does the P1 require a remote controller to operate it?
No. Once the cleaner is turned on, the default mode is auto mode, in which the device will operate automatically and clean the swimming pool.

How large of a swimming pool can be cleaned?
Due to the limitations of battery capacity, the cleaner is only suitable for swimming pools with a size of up to 1614 sq. ft (150m); otherwise, the cleaning ability will be affected.

How deep underwater can it work?
Because the floating cable is 2 meters, in order to keep the cleaner running properly, we suggest a max depth of no greater than 2 meters (about 6.6 feet).

How do I safely remove my cleaner from the water?
Gently pull on the floating cable to bring your cleaner to the edge of the pool and then remove it.

Why does the compass require calibration?
Compass calibration is important to ensure efficient operation. If calibration is abnormal or incomplete, it may lead to aberrations or abnormalities in the cleaner’ s path. When the cleaner LED indicator is red, it means that the cleaner needs to be recalibrated.

How often shouldI clean the filter?
It is highly recommended to clean the filter basket after each cleaning cycle.

Can the Pl clean walls and the waterline?
This cleaner is designed cleaning the floor/ground of a pool underwater. It cannot clean the walls or the waterline properly.

What is the runtime of the P1? How long does it take to fully charge?
It takes approximately three hours to fully charge the cleaner, thanks to its safe fast-charge technology. Once fully charged, it can provide up to four hours of use, enough to clean most pools several times over.

Warranty Information

The warranty covers 24 months (only applies to the battery and motor) from the date of the original purchase This warranty is voided if the product has been altered, misused, or has been repaired by unauthorized personnel. The warranty extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage resulting from the mishandling of the product by the owner. The order number or record must be presented for any claim or repair during the warranty period.
