Please be careful as the product below may be damaged. This may result in additional costs in the event of a/s.
Don’t drop the TINGBELL from a high place.
Don’t expose TINGBELL to heat.
Don’t pour liquid such as water into the TINGBELL.
Use only accessories provided by our company.(Charger 5V/1.5A or lower recommended)

Both iPhone (ios) and Android (os) are available.
(However, all smartphones are not supported and errors may occur by device.)

2-1) App Installation
Search and install TINGBELL in the App store or Play store
2-2) Pairing

To use the app, you must pairing with Ting Bell.

1. Activate the Bluetooth function of the smartphone.
2. Run the app and power on the TINGBELL.
3. When the app is launched, a Bluetooth connection screen is displayed as shown on the left, and “TINGBELL” is selected to complete the pairing. Bluetooth connection is not available
4. If the TINGBELL is not visible on the Bluetooth connection screen Select “Can’t you see the device name?“
5. Check as described on the smartphone screen and select “pairing” Go to the Bluetooth connection screen and select “TINGBELL” to complete pairing.

How to use an app

Pair the app with TINGBELL and use it.

1. TINGBELL battery is displayed.
2. The signal strength is displayed in the center according to the Bluetooth strength. (OUT, WEAK, FINE, GOOD, EXCELLENT)
3. Press to call the TINGBELL. (Press again to stop the sound.)
4. Press the arrow to change the settings. (Press the arrow again to close the setting.)
   4-1) Smartphone alarm, TINGBELL alarm
   -> Set alarm for smartphone and TINGBELL when pairing is out of range.(ON/OFF)
   4-2) Smartphone motion
   -> After turning on the motion, if the smartphone detects movement and goes out of range, the alarm does not go off on the smartphone and the TINGBELL
   4-3) language selection
   -> You can change to any language, Korean or English.
   4-4) Select a song
   -> You can select the sound source when you Smartphone Call or out.
   4-5) Unpair and Shut Down the App
   -> Use to pair other TINGBELL or exit the app.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Unable to connect app to TINGBELL.****

-> Did you activate the Bluetooth and location of your smartphone?
– If there is still a problem, please contact the customer service center (031-777-9580)

Q. TINGBELL keeps ringing.****

-> If the app and TINGBELL are disconnected, it may sound.
– You can stop the sound by pressing one of the buttons on the TINGBELL.
– If there is still a problem, please contact the customer service center (031-777-9580)

Q. TINGBELL won’t power on.****

-> The battery may be low. Please use it after charging it.
– It will not operate while charging, so please disconnect the C-TYPE cable before using it.
– If there is still a problem, please contact the customer service center (031-777-9580)

Q. TINGBELL’s LED is off.****

-> If the TINGBELL is not in use for 3 minutes after it is turned on, it will automatically turn off.
– If there is still a problem, please contact the customer service center (031-777-9580)

Q. TINGBELL and smartphone are not connected****

-> Please refer to (2PAGE) “If Bluetooth connection is not available” in the manual for instructions on how to install and pair the app.

A/Sapplication method and Contents of Caution

6-1) A/S application method
We will always do our best to satisfy you. Please send the product to the A/S center of the product. The service period will take approximately 4 to 7 days (except public holidays) from the date of arrival of the product. If the service charge is charged, the service representative will direct you over the wire In the case of free service, we will repair and ship it without any additional guidance.
6-2) Contents of A/S
Caution Delivery costs incurred when using courier, post office registration, parcel, and quick service are borne by the customer. Please make sure to enclose the product A/S application form when packing the product. If you would like to purchase accessories during A/S, please fill out the request details. Please pack the product safely so that it does not break during transportation. If you have not received the repaired product after 10 days of shipment, please contact the A/S center.
