This product comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. In order to qualify for your extended manufacturer’s warranty, you must activate it by registering your product online at www.cloudninehair.com within 14 days from the date of purchase. This does not affect your consumer rights. Please read this section carefully before you use your new styling product. WARRANTY INFORMATION

This product is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase or gift receipt. To qualify for any of our extended warranty periods, you must register your product within 14 days of purchase and provide a valid proof of purchase or gift receipt.
Should this product become defective during the guarantee period, please visit www.cloudninehair.com or call our customer service department to arrange a repair or replacement. You may be asked to provide valid proof of purchase or gift receipt. If a replacement is offered this does not extend the original warranty period.
This guarantee becomes invalid in the case of misuse, alteration, accidental damage, or repair by an unauthorized person. This product is designed for domestic use only. Use by a professional stylist or in a professional environment will invalidate this guarantee.
This warranty does not apply should the defect or failure of the product be attributable to misuse, abuse, accident, the act of God such as lightning, or inobservance of the manufacturer’s instructions on the part of the user. This warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear in the product or its parts.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

GENERAL IRON SAFETY

Your iron can get incredibly hot so you must be careful when using it.
Always closely inspect The Cloud NineE’ Wide Iron Pro for damage before you use it. If the iron is damaged in any way do not use it. Instead, visit our website and speak to one of our helpdesk professionals.
Do not touch the ceramic plates when the iron is switched on. Keep hairsprays and styling aids at a safe distance away from your iron.

SAFETY FEATURES

Hibernation mode – The intelligent sleep technology within the iron will automatically work when the iron has been switched on but not used for a period of 30 minutes. Once in hibernation mode, you will notice that the temperature panel will turn off and the LED indicator will flicker slowly. During this mode, the iron will cool down. To switch back on from hibernation, lightly press the ON/OFF button. OR you can close and open the iron to continue use.
VOLTAGE
The Cloud Nin0 Wide Iron Pro can be operated with the main voltage ranging from 100-240V-.
OPERATION FAILURE
If your styling product fails to work please check that your product and the power supply are switched on. If your product, cable, or plug becomes damaged in any way stop using it immediately and return your product to our service center for repair. Under no circumstances should you or anyone else tamper with the product as this will invalidate your warranty.
REMEMBER
It is important that you never use your styling product for anything other than styling hair as directed in the quick start guide. Your product has been specifically designed for this purpose and using the product for any other purpose could be dangerous.
USER ADVICE
This appliance can be used by persons aged 16 years and above. If persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge use this product, an adult responsible for their safety must ensure that they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by children without supervision.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, or its service agent in order to avoid a hazard.

• Never operate this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug if it is not working properly. If it has been dropped or damaged, or if it has come in contact with water.
• Do not reach for this appliance if it has fallen into the water, unplug it immediately.
• Keep the cord away from heated surfaces. Do not pull, twist or wrap the cord around the appliance.
• Do not use outdoors or operate where aerosol products are being used, or where oxygen is being administered.
• Do not insert anything into the openings or place objects onto the plates.
• Do not place this appliance directly on any unsafe surface while it is hot or plugged in. It is recommended to use a stand or heatproof mat to avoid burning any surfaces.

OPERATION

MOTION AND FUNCTION INFORMATION

1. Power and Revive Switch
   – Power on Press the power button for over 2 seconds to turn ON the iron. LED lighting and buzzing sound will indicate the power has turned ON.
   – Power off: Turn the power off by pressing the switch for over 2 seconds.
   – To activate REVIVE MODE press the power button lightly. The temperature is fixed at 150°C

2. Product status LED indicator
   – Check the set temperature: The light will flicker until the set temperature is reached. The light will remain at the set temperature.
   – Check the auto sleep mode transition: A short buzz will sound and the lamp will slowly flicker when the product hasn’t been used for 30 minutes

3. Touch window indication (short vibration will indicate activation)
   – Power off/ Auto sleep mode status
   – Power on / The corresponding temperature scale flashes until the set temperature is reached.

4. – The temperature UP indicator is turned off when the temperature is set to 200°C
   – The DOWN indicator is turned off when the temperature is set to 100°C
