1. Unscrew the crown to set the date.

2. Pull the crown to position 1.

3. Turn the crown to set the date. Warning: Avoid
   setting between 23:00 and 24:00 to prevent damage to the

4. Push in the crown and carefully screw it down.

Changing the Straps:

Unlocking the Straps:

• For silicone sports strap and leather strap, use the small
  silver pin on the back to unlock and unlatch the strap by pulling
  the pin towards the inside of the strap.

Conversion to Textile Strap:

1. Insert two spring bars into the holes by inserting the pin into
   a hole and pressing together with a fingernail or a flat object
   like a nail file.

2. Pull the band with the long end on both sides of the watch and
   then through the buckle on the short end.

Das Silikonsportband und das Lederband auf der Rückseite mit dem kleinen silbernen Stift entriegeln und das Band ausklinken. Stift dazu Richtung Bandinnenseite ziehen.
Umrüsten auf Textilband Die beiden gefederten Stifte in die Bohrungen einsetzen. Dazu den Stift in eine Bohrung einführen und zusammendrücken. Z.B mit dem Fingernagel oder einem flachen Gegenstand wie einer Nagelfeile. Dann das Band mit dem langen Ende durch beide Seiten der Uhr ziehen und danach durch die Schlaufe am kurzen Ende.
