INSTALLATION TIPS
How To Operate The Tubing
Connecting Tubing:
- Insert the tubing into the fitting until it reaches the marked full insert point (Figure ①). Ensure complete insertion to avoid leaks.
- Once fully inserted, attach the blue lock clip to secure the tubing in place.
Note: If the tubing is too long, trim it to the appropriate length using a sharp utility knife or scissors. Cut the tubing squarely and ensure a full insertion.
Disconnecting Tubing:
- Remove the blue lock clip.
- Press down on the lock sleeve with your thumb and index finger (Figure ②).
- Use your other hand to gently pull the tubing out from the fitting.
Note: Avoid direct pulling of the tubing to prevent damage to the fitting and potential leaks.
How To Drill A Hole For The Ro Faucet (Optional)
Please remember to wear safety goggles to protect your eyes while drilling.
- Select an appropriate drill bit based on the material of your sink or countertop.
- Place the positioning stickers provided on the sink or countertop and drill holes according to the dimensions indicated on the sticker.
- Prior to drilling, create a pilot dent at the center with the drill bit to prevent displacement.
- Apply downward pressure on the drill bit, ensuring it penetrates the surface (exercise caution when drilling ceramic, as it can easily crack).
- Rotate the drill bit to uniformly expand the hole until reaching the desired size.
Note: Skip this step if suitable holes already exist.
INSTALLATION STEPS
Note: The RO system must be connected to the COLD-water supply ONLY.
Install the water system at a location with an electrical outlet.
Installation Diagram
Step 1. Install The Feed Water Adapter (3/8″ or 1/2″)
Note: Ensure the feed water adapter is closed before installation.
-
Turn off the water supply and open the kitchen faucet to release all water pressure.
-
Place a towel under the water pipe and disconnect the cold-water pipe from the cold-water supply valve.
-
Attach the feed water adapter to the cold-water supply valve and tighten with the adjustable wrench (see Figure ③).
Note: If the cold-water pipe is 1/2″, first unscrew an adapter from the feed water adapter and install it onto the 3/8″ threaded interface of the feed water adapter (see Figure ④) before proceeding with this step. -
Screw the original cold-water pipe onto the other end of the feed water adapter and tighten with the adjustable wrench.
Note: If the original cold-water pipe does not have a washer, wrap the feed water adapter with Teflon tape before connecting.
Step 2. Install the RO Faucet
Note: If your kitchen sink or countertop does not have a hole, you will
need to drill a 1/2″ hole. Refer to the “How to Drill a Hole for the RO
Faucet” instructions.
- Insert the faucet stem into the hole on the countertop.
- Below the countertop, slide the additional components in the sequence shown in the diagram to secure the faucet (see Figure ⑤).
- Insert the 1/4″ quick-connect fitting securely onto the faucet’s water pipe and secure it with the blue lock clip.
Step 3. Install the Drain Saddle
-
Affix the foam sealing strip onto the front plate of the drain saddle, ensuring proper hole alignment (see Figure ⑥).
-
Choose a convenient location on the drainage pipe and drill a 1/4″ hole (see Figure ⑦).
Note: Be cautious not to drill through the other side of the drainage pipe; it is recommended to install the drain saddle on a vertical drainage pipe. -
Insert the red waste tubing (unmarked end) through the front plate of the drain saddle (remove the blue lock clip from the front plate connector beforehand). Then, insert the red tubing into the drilled hole on the drainage pipe by approximately 0.6″ and secure it with a blue lock clip (see Figure ⑧).
-
Secure the drain saddle in place with the screws provided.
Step 4. Connect Water Tubings
Note: If the supplied pipes are too long, cut them evenly to ensure a
complete fit into the connectors.
Ensure all water tubing connections are fully inserted to prevent leaks.
- Remove the dust plug before connecting the hose.
- Connect the blue Feed Water Tubing: Insert both ends of the blue tubing into the feed water adapter and the “Feed Water” port of the water system, securing them with lock clips.
- Connect the white Pure Water Tubing: Insert both ends of the white tubing into the 1/4″ quick-connect fitting on the RO faucet and the “Pure Water” port of the water system, securing them with lock clips.
- Connect the red Waste Water Tubing: Insert the other end of the red tubing into the “Waste Water” port of the water system, securing it with a lock clip.
Step 5. Position the RO Water System
- Organize the water tubings and the power cord, and place the water system beneath a spacious countertop.
Note: Avoid positioning the machine casing directly against cabinets, as vibrations may occur during system operation.
Step 6. Check the System
- Turn on the cold-water supply valve and the feed water adapter valve. Check for any leaks.
- If there are no leaks, you can start up your water system.

- Seal the filters and store them in the refrigerator (not the freezer).
- When in use again, turn on the faucet for 10 minutes before using it. Otherwise, you need to replace the filters, as bacteria may grow when the system is not used for a long time.
- Please replace the filter regularly according to the filter life indicator.
Note: While the testing was performed under standard laboratory conditions, actual performance may vary depending on the source water quality and water usage. In case of early blockage and failure of the filters, it’s recommended to replace the filter in accordance with the actual usage.
- Keep the wastewater pipe unobstructed to avoid damage to the filter or internal components.
- When the drainpipe is blocked, do not use the system (please turn off the power) to prevent wastewater from soaking the floor.
- Clean the system with clear water. Do not spray the water directly. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or corrosive liquids such as gasoline or acetone.
- When cleaning, do not pour other liquids into the filter to avoid damage to the filter system.
- Check the system and water pipe fittings regularly for water leakage to avoid any property damage.
- Regularly check whether the power supply and wires are damaged or loose to avoid major accidents caused by electric leakage.
- If you are using well water as the source, please ensure that the feed water has been through a pre-filtration system. Otherwise, large particles in the well water will easily clog the filter and shorten the filter life.

FAQ
Q: Why did I receive a new water purifier with droplets in the package?
A: Each filter undergoes individual examination for filtration reliability using air pressure. Additionally, the entire filtration system is inspected with sterile water to guarantee optimal performance. Any remaining droplets may not be completely drained during shipping and are harmless.
Q: What is an RO water purifier, and how does it work?
A: RO stands for Reverse Osmosis. It's a water purification process that uses a semi-permeable membrane to remove contaminants from water. It works by applying pressure to the water, forcing it through the membrane and leaving impurities behind.
Q: Why should I choose an RO water filter over other types of water filters?
A: RO filters are highly effective at removing a wide range of contaminants, including bacteria, viruses, chemicals, and heavy metals. They provide a comprehensive solution for improving water quality
Q: Is RO water safe to drink, and does it remove essential minerals?
A: RO water is generally safe to drink. While the process does remove some minerals, water is not the primary source of minerals in our diet. Most people get essential minerals from food.
Q: How often do I need to replace the RO membrane and filters?
A: The frequency of replacement depends on the specific RO system and water quality. In general, RO membranes last 12-24 months, and pre/post-filters may need replacement every 6-12 months along with regular maintenance.
