Product Usage Instructions

Charging:

The ESC Sounds Endurance come with a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery. To charge the earbuds:

  1. Connect one end of the charging cable to the magnetic charging port on the earbuds.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB port on your computer or a USB charger.
  3. A red light will indicate charging, which will turn blue when fully charged.

Power On/Off:

To power on, press and hold the Multifunction Button for three seconds. To power off, repeat the same step until you hear a descending tone.

Volume Control:

Use the volume control buttons to adjust the audio level. Press ‘+’ to increase volume and ‘-‘ to decrease volume.

Skip Track:

To skip tracks, press and hold ‘-‘ for one second to go back and ‘+’ for one second to move forward.

Play/Pause:

Press the Multifunction Button once to pause/play music.

FAQ:

  • Q: Can the ESC Sounds Endurance be used for phone calls?
    • A: No, these earbuds do not have a microphone and are not suitable for phone calls. Incoming calls can be answered on the connected phone.
  • Q: How do I switch between Bluetooth and MP3 (Swim) mode?
    • A: Quickly press the Multifunction Button twice to switch modes. Remember, Bluetooth mode does not work underwater.

HOW TO WEAR

GETTING STARTED

Charging:

The ESC Sounds Endurance contain a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery, which should be fully charged prior to first use of the product.

To charge up the ESC Sounds Endurance, connect one end of the supplied charging cable to the magnetic charging port and the other end to a USB port on your computer or a USB charger. Whilst charging, the ESC Sounds Endurance will display a constant red light. This light will turn blue when the product is fully charged.

Note: The magnetic charging port and cable have positive and negative poles,   which should correctly correspond to each other when charging.

Power On:

Press down the Multifunction Button for three seconds until you hear an ascending tone to indicate the earbud has powered on.

Power Off:

Press down the Multifunction Button for three seconds until you hear a descending tone to indicate the earbud has powered off.

Volume Up and Down

Quickly press and release the “ + “ button to increase the volume and quickly press and release the “ – “ to decrease the volume.

Skip Track:

Press and hold the “ – “ for one second to skip back to the previous track. Press and hold the “ + “ for one second to skip forward to the next track.

Play/Pause

When music is playing, press and quickly release the Multifunction Button once to pause the song and then repeat the action to resume playing.

Phone Call:

So as to be fully waterproof and suitable for swimming, the ESC Sounds Endurance doesn’t contain a microphone and cannot be used for phone calls. If your phone rings while connected to your ESC Sounds Endurance, the call can still be answered directly from your phone.

Decline Call:

To decline an incoming call, press and hold down the Multifunction Button for 1 second.

Pairing to Device:

After powering on, the ESC Sounds Endurance will automatically search for a Bluetooth device to pair with. This is indicated by the light flashing blue and red. Open the Bluetooth list on your device and select ESC Sounds Endurance to connect your device.

Swim (MP3) Mode:

Quickly press and release the Multifunction Button two times to alternate between Bluetooth and MP3 (Swim) mode. Bluetooth cannot transmit through water, so the ESC Sounds Endurance must be in MP3 mode to play underwater. If your phone will be within 20 meters of you while swimming underwater, then you should disconnect from your phone’s Bluetooth before entering MP3 mode. For best underwater listening experience, use the earplugs provided.

Latency Mode:

Quickly press and release the Multifunction Button four times to activate and deactivate Latency Mode.

Downloading Music:

Turn off the ESC Sounds Endurance and connect them to your computer’s USB port, using the charging cable provided. The ESC Sounds Endurance folder will automatically open on your computer, via the USB Drive. Locate and select your MP3 music files on your computer, then simply drag, and drop them into the ESC Sounds Endurance folder. Then eject the ESC Sounds Endurance from your computer, unplug the charging cable, and your MP3 files will be stored on your \

GUARANTEE

Your ESC Sounds Endurance are guaranteed for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Subject to the terms below, the guarantee will provide for the repair or replacement of your ESC Sounds Endurance or any components thereof, which is identified as faulty or below standard, or because of inferior workmanship or materials.

The conditions of this guarantee are:

  • The guarantee shall only apply to defects that occur within the 6-month guarantee period
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The ESC Sounds Endurance are returned to

ESC Sounds as instructed

This guarantee does not cover any faults or defects caused by accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect, tampering with the equipment, or any attempt at adjustment or repair other than through approved agents.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Please retain this document, as it acts as a guarantee certificate.
