User Manual

Volume up & down:
Quickly press and release the “ + “ on the Series3 to increase the volume and quickly press and release the “ – “ to decrease the volume.

Skip track:
Press and hold the “ – “ for one second to skip back to the previous track. Press and hold the “ + “ for one second to skip forward to the next track.

GETTING STARTED:

Power on:
Remove the Series3 earbuds from the charging case and they will automatically power on.
When the Series3 are powered off and outside of the charging case, press down the Multi-Function Button for two seconds until you hear an ascending tone to indicate the earbud has powered on.

Play/Pause:
When music is playing, press and quickly release the Multi-Function Button once to pause the song and then repeat the action to resume playing.

SIRI function/ Voice Assistant:
Press and quickly release the Multi-Function Button twice to activate Siri / Voice Assistant.

Fitting and Wearing:
Gently insert the Series3 into your ears and then rotate them until they feel most comfortable and secure in your ears.

Factory reset:
When the earbuds are powered off (and out of the case), press and hold down the Multi-Function Button for ten seconds and until the indicator light flashes red and blue for a second. This flashing light indicates that the earbuds are reset and then powered off. To then pair the buds back together, power both earbuds on by pressing down the Multi-Function Button for three seconds and then hold both earbuds next to each other until the light on one of the earbuds alternately flashes red and blue.

Bluetooth version 5.0, which is compatible with over 99% of Bluetooth Devices.

Pairing:
Two headphones pairing:
After powering on, the two earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode and connect to one another. When they are paired together, the light on one of the earbuds will alternately flash red and blue, while the other won’t light up.

Charging:
The Series3 are charged while placed into the portable charging case. A red light on Series3 indicates that Series3 is charging. When charging is completed the red light will turn Blue for a short period of time and then turn off.

Charging/discharging of charging box:
To charge up the case, connect one end of the supplied charging cable to the Type-C charging port and the other end to a USB port on your computer or a USB charger.
The lights on the front of the charging case indicate the percentage of charge remaining in the case
Charging status:
When the earbuds are placed into the charging case, the indicator light of the charging box will illuminate to demonstrate the amount of charge in the case. The four lights from left to right correspond to 0-25% 25%-50% 50%-75% 75%-100% of the power level.

GUARANTEE:

Your Series3 is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Subject to the terms below, the guarantee will provide for the repair or replacement of your Series3 or any components thereof, which is identified as faulty or below standard, or because of inferior workmanship or materials.
The conditions of this guarantee are:

  • The guarantee shall only apply to defects that occur within the 12 months guarantee period
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • The Series3 is returned to ESC Sounds as instructed

This guarantee does not cover any faults or defects caused by accidents, misuse, fair wear and tear, neglect, tampering with the equipment, or any attempt at adjustment or repair other than through approved agents. This product has an IPX7 waterproof rating, which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Please retain this document as it acts as a guarantee certificate.

Answer a call :
To answer an incoming call, press and then quickly release the Multi-Function Button one time.

Reject a call :
To reject an incoming call, press the Multi-Function Button for a full second.

To end a phone call, press and then quickly release the Multi-Function Button one time.

Power off:
Press and hold down the Multi-Function Button on one of the Series3 for five seconds and both buds will power off. Alternatively, place the Series3 into the charging case and they will automatically power off.

WARNING:

  • Listening to earphones with the volume too high can harm your hearing
  • Keep this product away from children
  • Please do not attempt to make any modifications or attempt to disassemble this product
  • Do not expose to extreme temperatures
  • Never attempt to use the Series3 while in charging mode
  • Never attempt to clean this product when in charging mode
  • Always ensure you are aware of your surroundings when using this product
  • Great care should be taken if ever handling any heavy objects while using/wearing this product and this is done entirely at the user’s own risk
  • Do not submerge this product underwater
