Onboarding as a Partner:

  1. Register and sign in to TechDirect
  2. Create or join a role
  3. Associate your account with your company profile in TechDirect
  4. Activate the Connect and Manage service
  5. (Optional) Add technicians in TechDirect

Onboarding Your Clients:

  1. Manage PC Fleet by connecting and managing PCs
  2. Create a new client account and wait for approval from your client
  3. Deploy Deployment Package Manager from TechDirect > Connect and manage > Manage PC fleet
  4. Activate pre-installed SupportAssist version in the image or deploy SupportAssist for other users
  5. Create or modify deployments as needed
  6. Add contact details and configure preferences for required sites and groups (recommended)

After successful SupportAssist deployment, you can start managing your PC fleet from TechDirect anytime, anywhere.
