Caution

  • Insert batteries correctly, following the symbols for positioning the positive (+) and negative (-) ends of each battery. If not, it may cause product malfunction and overheating which may result in fire or burns.
  • There’s a possibility of radio frequency interference during wireless operation.

How to use

MODE

  • POWER ON/OFF (Button Long Click) Press and hold the button for about 3 seconds to turn the power on/off.

  • Normal Mode (Button One Click)
    When the power is on, pressing the button briefly changes the 8 color modes.

  • Application Mode (Button Double Click)
    Double-click the button to switch to Application mode (blue blinking), and double-click the button again to return to color change mode.
    (The Application mode does not operate the color change and is not defective.)

In application mode, you can enjoy various productions at the concert by linking the light stick. In the future, you can use the application to enjoy concerts and various content with the light stick.

Replacing Batteries
If the battery is low voltage, the power is automatically powered off, so please replace it with a new battery.

A BATTERY CAUTION

  • Add the correct order from (-) to (+) pole.
    There is a risk of ruptures and leaks due to heat in reverse injection.

  • Remove the battery part immediately when the battery part suddenly heats up.
    (Don’t hold it with your hands as there is a risk of burns.)

  • Please use genuine alkaline AAA batteries.
    (If not genuine, there may be damage to the product. Be sure to use a genuine battery.)

  • Do not charge, disassemble, short circuit, or heat. Risk of injury due to explosion or leakage.

  • Remove the battery from the machine immediately after use as it may cause leakage.

  • Please use a new battery for each performance.

  • Do not mix new batteries with used batteries and other batteries.

  • Do not store batteries in a pocket or bag with the battery unpackaged.

Warranty Period and Repair Service

  • For any defect, replacement, or refund of the product, please contact your dealer.

  • The free warranty period is 6 months from the date of purchase. Even within the free warranty period, if the defects of the product occurred by the customer’s fault, repair costs will be charged.

  • The product A/S application fee (round trip shipping fee) shall be paid by the customer if it is subject to paid repair after the manufacturer pays.

  • Repair service is only provided after requesting the service through an email.

  • Please send the product after the application and consultation is completed.

  • Replacement Service: If the following phenomenon occurs within the warranty period (6 months), the product exchange service can be provided, but the product A/S application fee (round trip shipping fee) will be paid by the manufacturer.
    If it’s subject to paid repair, it’s a customer’s burden.

  • Paid Repair Service: The paid warranty period is up to 1 year after purchase.
    In the case of products that are not covered by a free warranty, you can get a warranty at a cost, and the product A/S application fee (round trip shipping fee) is borne by the customer.

Paid A/S

  • After the free warranty. (6 months after the date of purchase)
  • Damages on the product or the circuit caused by the customer’s fault.
  • Disassemble the product for any modification.
  • Damages on the circuit by using the non-certified battery.
  • Damage to circuits and internal flooding due to inundation or rain.

How to get customer service
In case of proper use, we will inform you how to repair or replace the product after customer consultation via phone call or email. In case of improper use due to the customer’s fault, we will inform repair cost including logistic cost for customer service.
