Formula
Product Usage Instructions:
Parasite Formula:
Take 2 capsules 3 times per day (6 capsules per day in total).
Best absorbed before food or on an empty stomach. If
lightheadedness or headache occurs, pause or lower dose to 2 or 4
capsules per day in total.
Fulvic Humic Acid:
Drop 1-2ml into 250ml of filtered water. Use 1-3 times per
day.
Colon Formula:
Take 1 capsule per day or every second day before bed to support
regular bowel motions.
When to Cleanse:
Cleanse around the full moon for 10 days, starting 5 days prior
to the full moon when parasites are most active and vulnerable.
Post-Cleanse:
Introduce restricted food groups like Sweet Potato and Legumes.
Add probiotic and prebiotic rich foods. Include 30+ different plant
foods in your diet each week. Increase water consumption and avoid
processed, sugary foods, starches, and alcohol.
Additional Recommendations:

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Did you know that almost all people actually have parasites – In fact our gut
microbiome is made up of over 500 species of microbes which include parasites
and fungi, of which some can be beneficial and live within us `in harmony!’.
However, when we experience a parasitic infection or fungal overgrowth, this
can create the opposite, leading to a myriad of symptoms, such as digestive
havoc and leaching the body of nutrients. Some can go on to cause severe
chronic illness in humans. Many are saying parasitic infection is one of the
most under-appreciated, under diagnosed and under-treated problems for those
experiencing ongoing gut issues, autoimmune diseases and other conditions that
are overlooked*
COMMON SYMPTOMS
Parasitic infection can result in an individual experiencing a range of
symptoms from digestive issues, bloating, increased appetite, muscle ache,
joint pain, skin rashes, acne, itching, brain fog, fatigue, low iron, anxiety
and more. Symptoms however vary depending on the parasite and of course some
individuals can be asymptomatic.
THE CLEANSE
The cleanse aim’s to starve parasites and fungi of their food (using the diet
protocol) whilst utilising powerful traditional herbs that are known for
Parasite elimination. Our Fulvic Humic drops are high in negative ions, which
are helpful when attracting, filtering and chelating heavy metals, bad
bacteria, parasites and fungi from the body. They act as a binder, mopping up
the toxins as we cleanse. Our colon formula ensures daily motions are
maintained, which is critical for effective eradication.
Parasite Formula: Take 2 capsules 3 times per day (6 capsules per day in
total). Herbal formulas are best absorbed before food or on an empty stomach.
If feelings of lightheadedness or headache occur, pause or lower dose to 2 or
4 capsules per day in total.
Fulvic Humic Acid: Drop 1-2ml (roughly a good squeeze into the vial) into
250ml of filtered water. Use 1-3 times per day.
Colon Formula: Regular bowel motions are an important element of cleansing.
Take 1 capsule per day or every second day before bed.
WHEN TO CLEANSE
While parasite cleansing can be done at any time of the year, the prime time
to cleanse is around the full moon as this is the period when parasitic eggs
typically hatch and is also when parasites are most active, which allows them
to be most vulnerable to anti-parasitic herbs. For best results, we suggest
beginning the cleanse 5 days prior to the full moon, and continue on to
complete 10 full days.
POST-CLEANSE
Post cleanse, begin to introduce restricted food groups, taking note of how
you feel. We suggest to start with Sweet Potato and Legumes and add from
there. Introduce probiotic and prebiotic rich foods to help build a beautiful
healthy gut microbiome. We encourage challenging yourself to include 30+
different plant foods in your week (fruits, vegetables, herbs, legumes, seeds,
nuts). Variety helps to foster a healthy gut microbiome a key pillar to our
ongoing health and vitality.
Diet: (See overleaf) During the cleanse restrict the consumption of processed
and sugary foods, starches and alcohol as these foods feed parasitic activity.
Try to include whole, unprocessed food with lots of greens. Increase your
water consumption.
Herbal Teas: Incorporate herbal teas that have calming and anti-parasitic
properties. Two of our favourites are Blue Lotus Tea and Premium Chamomile Tea
as they have calming/ de-stressing properties (great for candida management)
and antiparasitic compounds.
Dry Body Brushing: Practice Dry Brushing daily. It helps to energise the body,
increase circulation and blood flow, and to stimulate drainage and
detoxification from the lymphatic system. The skin is the largest organ of the
body and also the largest organ of elimination so we encourage dry brushing as
part of our detoxification process.

Parasites are best removed on a diet of anti-parasitic fruits, low-starch
vegetables, lean proteins, raw nuts and seeds, moderate healthy fats and pure
spices and herbs. Following a predominantly plant based and low starch/ sugar
diet, will not only starve the parasites, but help to flush the organs of
retained waste, thin the lymph, and allow for elimination. You may find
yourself eating more food and more often than typical. Eat as long as you are
hungry but note the difference between hunger and cravings. Incorporating
pomegranate, raw garlic, papaya (incl
seeds), pineapple, coconut oil and pumpkin seeds will also support in the
elimination as these foods naturally contain anti-parasitic properties. Throw
pumpkin seeds on salads and eat as a snack. Create salad dressings and

For many people, a plant based diet alone may induce symptoms of
detoxification. Symptoms typically show up as reflections of what our bodies
have been struggling to release. These could range from skin conditions,
excessive mucus or discharge, emotional upset, headache, or dull pain around
joints or organs. If you feel any symptoms are distracting or uncomfortable,
incorporate more cooked foods or some cooked oats, quinoa, millet or
buckwheat.
Practice dry body brushing to help the body detoxify by increasing blood
circulation and promoting lymph flow/drainage. Ensure you are having regular
bowel motions by incorporating plenty of fibre (chia, flax, psyllium,
avocado, leafy greens) and using our colon cleanse formula. Allow yourself to
rest, stretch, move, and sweat during your cleanse, and double intake of
filtered water.
CONSUME MOSTLY
All non-starchy Vegetables: e.g. Celery, cucumber, asian greens, beets,
sprouts, zucchini, eggplant, cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts, kale &
lots of leafy greens, snow peas, salad etc. Cleanse friendly fruits Pineapple,
Papaya, Berries, Pomegranate, Tomato, Avocado, lemon and limes. Good fats in
the form of Olives, Nuts and Seeds (no peanut), Coconut (milk, water, yoghurt,
oil). Plus Tofu, Quinoa, Millet (cooks
similar to couscous), Buckwheat (there are many great buckwheat recipes online
ie wraps, pancakes, breads, porridge etc), Chia seeds, Tempeh, ACV, Herbal
teas, Almond butter, Vegetable juices, Pesto,
Nori, Seed crackers with avocado, Big salads, Fresh pineapple and Papaya with
Coyo.

IN MODERATION
Coffee – if you must, limit to 1 per day Oats – If you are feeling fatigued/
headachy/ need fibre, consume 1 bowl per day (no sweetener). The ideal diet is
a plant based one. If this is not workable for you, incorporate organic
chicken /cooked wild fish. Substitute buckwheat, millet, amaranth and quinoa
for grains. These are cleanse friendly.
