Product Usage Instructions

Safety Precautions:

1. Ensure the device is compliant with FCC regulations.
2. Maintain a minimum distance of 20cm between the device and your body.

Installation:

1. Find a suitable location for the equipment with at least 20cm of space between the radiator and your body.
2. Connect the device to a power source following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Operation:

1. Turn on the device using the designated power button.
2. Follow the user manual for specific operational instructions.

Repeater Mode setup Guide (via phone)

1. Step 1
   Plug the WiFi Extender into an outlet near your Router (Recommended within 20 feet}. Wait 1 minutes for it to boot.

2. Step2
   Open and enable WiFi on your phone or Pc settings. Search for the network name “Extender-2.4G-xx” or”Extender-SG-xx” and connect one of them.

3. Step3
   Waiting for the management page to pop up automatically. If not, please open a web browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and type 192.168.0.254 in the address field. or scan QR Code:

   After entering the page, enter the default password “admin” and click LOGIN button. If access fails, please check if the correct SSID “Extender-2.4G-xxxx” or”Extend­er-5G-xxxx” is connected or make sure it doesn’t capitalize the “a” in admin – that won’t allow you in.)

5. Step 5
   Enter the software management interface and click”Repeater Mode”.

6. Step 6
   Click “2.4GHz” OR “SGHz”(Suggested click 2.4GHz)

7. Step 7
   Select the existing network you want to extend. (If the network you want to extend didn’t appear, please click on “SCAN” and try again.}

8. Step8
   Enter the password field below for your router password, then click “Next” Setting (eg. my password is A1234567}

9. Step 9
   Confirm whether the current configuration information is correct, then click Apply. When setting up the configuration, please wait for about 40 seconds and do not power off.

10. Step 10
    Please wait 40 seconds and reconnect to the new expanded network. ( The expanded network names are”router name-2.4G-Ext”or”router name-5G-Ext” by default). Enter the same password as your router network to connect and access the network. Congratulations! The WiFi Extender has been setup and you can go online.
    NOTE: For example, the SSID of my main router is”My WiFi”. So it expands to”My WiFi-2.4G-Ext” and “My WiFi-5G-Ext.

Repeater Mode Setup Guide(via WPS button)

1. Plug the WiFi Extender into an outlet near your Router (Recommended within 20 feet). Wait 1 minutes for it to boot.
2. Press the WPS button on your main router for 1-2 seconds.
3. Press the WPS button on the WiFi Extender for 2-3 seconds within 30 seconds and the Work Indicator Lights will remain flashing.
4. Please wait 1 minutes and reconnect to the new expanded network. ( The expanded network names are”router name-2.4G-Ext”or”router name-SG-Ext” by default ). Enter the same password as your router network to connect and access the network. 

HOW TO RESET THE WIFI EXTENDER

1. Plug the WiFi Extender into an outlet.
2. Wait 1 minute for it to boot
3. To reset the WiFi extender, locate the reset hole on the device. Insert the card pin into the reset hole and press and hold for 5-7 seconds until the indicator light blinks to restore the factory settings.

My device won’t connect to the extender:

• Make sure the device is on the same network and band (2.4 GHZ or 5 GHz) REMEMBER: WiFi enabled devices are complex and vary widely. Some off brand devices may not recognize premium quality extenders do to their technological limitations.

My WiFi says connected but I have no

• If the WiFi is connected, but there is no internet, check that the router’s WiFi is actively working. And try to restart the router.
• You may have entered the wrong password, It could also be for some other reasons, so try to restore factory settings. To do that, please use a card pin to press the RESET hole for 5-7 seconds to restore the factory setting. And setup again via mobile phone.
