  • Q: How do I dispose of the device and battery?
    • A: Please dispose of the device, battery, and related accessories according to local regulations. Do not dispose of them as household waste.

    • A: Only replace batteries with ones of the same or equivalent type to avoid explosion risk. Do not expose batteries to sunlight or excessive heat.

Product Safety Information

  1. This device does not include a power adapter, when you need to charge, please use a power adapter that meets the relevant standards。
  2. Please use the device within the temperature range of 0℃-35℃, and store the device and accessories within the temperature range of -20℃- 45℃, when the ambient temperature is too high or too low, it may cause the device to malfunction。

Power And APP Instructions

Switching on/off

  1. Switch on: Toggle-up the power switch and the blue light flashes , that indicating the recorder is switched on and ready for recording and APP connection.
  2. Switch off: Toggle-down power switch and the blue light flashes quickly and goes out, that indicating the recorder is switched off.

APP Download and Installation

You can use this recorder to record alone, or connect to the “Ajunbee” APP by Bluetooth. Scan the QR code below on your mobile phone to download the APP from our official line, or search for “Ajunbee” in the app shop and follow the instructions to install.

Indicator Description

  1. Switch on: Toggle-up the power switch, the blue light indicator flashes and recorder is ready for connection.
  2. Switch off: Toggle-down the power switch, the blue light indicator quickly flashes and then goes out.
  3. Bluetooth is unconnected: after powered on, the blue light flashes slowly, indicating that the recorder is unconnected to APP.
  4. Bluetooth is connected: after powered on, the blue light is constant on, indicating that the recorder has been connected to APP.
  5. Start recording: the red light flashes slowly, indicating that the recorder is recording.
  6. Pause recording: the red light is constant indicating recording is paused.
  7. Stop/ Save recording: Long press the recording button during recording, the red light goes out indicating the recording is stopped and saved automatically.
  8. Low battery: When the battery power is lower than 20%, the red light flashes.
  9. Charging: When connecting the charger to charge the recorder, the red light flashes quickly 1 time and then goes out.

Using Instructions

Bluetooth Connection

When the recorder is switched on, after the mobile phone logs into the “Ajunbee” APP, click the “Connect” button in the top menu bar to find the device for Bluetooth connection, and when the Bluetooth connection is successful, the top menu bar on the APP side will show When the Bluetooth connection is successful, the top menu bar of APP will show “Connected”; and the blue light of the recorder will be constant on, indicating that the connection is successful.

Voice Recording

  1. Device Recording: when the recorder is connected to APP, long press the recording switch of the recorder, the recorder enters the recording mode, the Red Light flashes and APP enters the recording state at the same time.
  2. APP controlled recording: when the recorder is connected to APP, click the ” ” button in the main menu bar, and choose Smart Voice Recording, Recording+Transcription, or Recording+Interpretation, the recorder enters recording mode and APP enters recording state at the same time.
  3. Stop Recording: When the recorder initiates recording, long press the recording switch of the recorder, the recorder will stop recording and save the current recording file, At this time, the APP terminal saves the file automatically and prompts whether to rename the file.
  4. Synchronise the audio file from recorder to APP:when the recorder and APP are not connected, you can still record alone, when connected to APP again, it will automatically transfer the recording to APP, then click “wait for transmission” to transfer the recording audio to APP.

Recording Files Management

  1. Recording file playback: the saved recording file can be played directly on APP, after clicking the saved audio file on APP, you can start the playback of the current recording file.
  2. Recording file name editing: find the audio file you need to edit in the APP audio file list, slide to the left to bring up a pop-up menu, select Edit, you can edit the file name of the current recording file.
  3. Files Sharing: In each audio file’s APP page, you can find the share button from the top-right menu, select audio .mp3 file, transcription .txt file or mind-mapping .jpg file to share with your friends via Wechat, Whatsapp, Email and other mainstream media.

  5. Connect to the 3.5mm earbud.
  6. press “+” to increase the volume level.
  7. Short press “-” to reduce the volume level.
  8. Short press “ ” for Play/Pause function.
  9. Short press “ “for the previous file; Long press to fast rewind.
  10. Short press” > “for the next file; Long press to fast forward.
  11. Connect to the voice recorder Type-C port.

File Deletion

  • Find the audio file you need to delete in the APP audio file list, swipe left to bring up the pop-up menu, select “Delete” to delete the files from Local APP or recorder.

Batch Delete

  • In the APP audio file list click the file selection button on the top left corner of the menu bar, to bring up the batch deletion menu option.
  • Then click to enter you can batch select the files , click to delete audio file from local APP or delete from both APP and recorder.

“Do not disturb” Mode

  • This recorder can be set to hide the recording indicator off from the APP setting“My voice recorder”.

Battery/ Memory Status

  • When the recorder is connected to the APP, in the ” My voice recorder”you can check the power and memory usage status of the recorder and the firmware version in real time.

Charging

  • The recorder requires a 5V-500mA charger or computer USB port for charging.
  • When charging, the red indicator light flashes quickly and then goes out.

Connecting to computer

  • Connect the recorder to the computer by the USB-Type C cable.
  • The recorder enters into the USB flash drive mode, using the computer you can open the memory of the recorder to view and organize files.
