Directions for use:

Inserting / Removing Lens:

  • Select desired lens for use.
  • Place lens tabs into the holder located under the visor (Fig. 1).
  • The flat part of the lens should face inward. The curved portion should face out.
  • Press each tab firmly into the holder until you hear each side click into place.
  • Simply pull on the lens to remove it from the holder.

Adjusting Head Strap:

  • Press on buckle marked “open” to release strap lock (Fig. 2).
  • Adjust the strap to the desired size.
  • Release buckle to lock the strap in place.

Using Your Magnifier:

  • Once placed on your head, the visor can be adjusted up or down as needed.
  • Adjust the lens to the desired viewing angle.
  •  Place an LED lamp in the opening on top of the visor (Fig. 3).
  • To activate LED lights, simply push the red button located on top of the lamp.
  • Adjust the LED light as needed to illuminate your viewing subject.
  •  The LED lamp can be adjusted 30 degrees to the right or left and about 90º up or down.
  • The LED lamp is removable and can be used as independent light source.
  • LED lamp features built-in magnets and can be attached to metal surfaces.

CARSON PRO Magnivisor Deluxe - Using Your Magnifer

Battery Installation:

  • Remove LED lamp from magnifier frame.
  • Open battery door located on the bottom of the lamp (Fig. 4).
  • Insert batteries according to the polarity diagram printed on the battery door.
  • Uses 3 AAA batteries (alkaline batteries are recommended).
  • Approximate battery life is 40 – 50 hours.

Cleaning / Care instructions:

  • Handle lenses with care to avoid scratching. Always store items in boxes when not in use.

Warning:
Do not look directly at the sun with this product or the naked eye.
Doing so may cause permanent irreversible eye damage.
Important: Clean using a microfiber lens cloth only. Do not use any abrasives, chemical cleaners, or solvents.
