Connect the battery wires (red to red). Insert the back tab on the seat into the slot on the vehicle. Tighten with the screw.

Screw off the M5x70 bolt and the M5 nut from the vehicle handle bar.
connect the handle and gauge board middle connector.** Insert the handle bar on top of the front of the vehicle body. Secure by inserting the screw stem nut/bolt.

Before using the vehicle, confirm the following has been completed:

  • The vehicle has been fully assembled according to the steps layer out in the manual.
  • The battery has been inserted correctly and the vehicle has been charged for at least 10 hours.
  • Ensure all screws are tight.
  • Educate your child on all the appropriate safety rules before allowing them to use the vehicle .
  • Charger is disconnected from bike.

Reduce the risk of injury:

  • Direct adult supervision is required.
  • Always wear protective clothing including footwear.
  • Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 30kg.
  • Keep children within safe user areas.
  • Never use on roadways, near motor vehicles, on or near steep inclines or steps, swimming pools or other sources of water.

2. Introduction of the functions

TO MOVE FORWARD

  1. Turn the power switch to the ‘ON’ position.
  2. Press the ‘Forward and Reverse’ switch to the ‘Forward’ position.
  3. Press the pedal with your foot.
  4. The vehicle will move forward.

TO STOP
To stop, remove your foot from the accelerator pedal.

TO REVERSE

  1. Turn the power switch to the ‘ON’ position.
  2. Press the ‘Forward and Reverse’ switch to the ‘Reverse’ position.
  3. Press the pedal with your foot.
  4. The vehicle will move backwards.

PLEASE NOTE:
Make sure the vehicle comes to a complete stop before changing directions from forward to reverse.
Not doing so will cause damage to the gearbox/motor.

The drive battery will eventually lose the ability to hold a charge.
Depending on the amount of use, and varying conditions, the battery should operate for one to three years.
Follow these steps to replace and dispose the battery:

  1. Remove the seat.

  2. Disconnect the battery connectors.

  3. Remove the battery bracket.

  4. Carefully lift the battery.
    • Depending on the condition of the battery (i.e.: leakage) you may want to wear protective rubber gloves before removal.
    • Do not lift the battery by its connectors or cables.

  5. Place the dead battery in a plastic bag.
    Important!
    • The sealed lead-acid battery must be recycled or disposed of in an environment-tally sound manner.
    • Do not dispose of battery in a fire. The battery may explode or leak acid.
    • Do not dispose of the battery in household trash. The incineration, land filling or mixing of sealed lead-acid batteries with household trash is prohibited by law.

  6. Install replacement battery and reconnect the connectors.

  7. Replace the battery bracket.

  8. Replace the seat.

5. Fuse

The vehicle is equipped with a self-resetting fuse. When the vehicle is overloaded or operated incorrectly; the self-resetting fuse will be cut off for 15-20 seconds before becoming operational again.

To avoid electric shock, follow these guidelines:

DO NOT overload the vehicle. The maximum user weight is 30kg.
DO NOT tow any thing behind the vehicle.
DO NOT drive up steep slopes.
DO NOT drive into fixed objects, which may cause the wheels to spin, causing the motor to overheat.
DO NOT drive in very hot weather, components may overheat.
DO NOT allow water or other liquids to come in contact with the battery or other electric components.
DO NOT tamper with the electric system. Doing so may create a short circuit causing the fuse to trip.

6. Charging The Vehicle

  • The charging socket is at the back right of the vehicle body.

  • Press the power switch to the ‘OFF’ position to turn the power off.

  • Plug charger pin into bike next to seat.
    Plug the charger into a 240V mains power wall outlet.

  • The battery should be charged for 8-12 hours before the first use. Do not recharge the battery for more than 16 hours to avoid damage to the battery and charger.

  • Never drain battery completely or to a crawling speed, recharge the battery when a decrease in speed and power is noticed.
    Warranty will be voided if misuse has occurred.

  • After each use (or a minimum of once a month), recharge for ideally 8-12 hours, but no longer than 16 hours.

  • Battery charging must be done by adults only. Never allow children to charge the battery.

  • Do not short circuit the battery.

  • The charger and the battery are not toys.

  • Do not allow children to play with the charger and the battery.

  • Only use the battery and charger specified by the manufacturer.

  • Do not attempt to open the battery or charger.

  • Always secure the battery with the bracket.

  • The battery must be handled by adults only. Dropping the battery could result in serious injury.

  • Do not allow the battery to drain completely. Recharge after each use or at least once a month.

  • Before charging the battery, check for wear or damage to the battery, charger, connectors and other parts. If any damage is found, charger should be repaired or replaced immediately.

  • Do not use a damaged charger.
    It is normal for the adaptor to feel warm during charging, but if the charger feels very hot, stop charging and check the battery and adaptor .

8. Maintaining your vehicle

  • It is a parents responsibility to check main parts of the vehicle before use. Regularly examine the vehicle for potential hazards, such as the battery, charge cable, cord and plug. Ensure screws are tightened. If there are any damages, the vehicle must not be used until these damages have been properly repaired or replaced.
  • Occasionally use a lightweight oil to lubricate moving parts such as the wheels and steering linkages.
  • Keep the vehicle in an upturned position, do not overturn or incline it. It is recommended to store the vehicle indoors when not in use.
  • This toy should be kept away from fire. Keep the vehicle away from sources of heat, such as stoves and heaters. Plastic parts may melt. While charging ensure all flammable liquids are well away from the vehicle.
  • ADULTS ONLY to recharge the battery after each use. Recharge the battery at least once a month when the vehicle is not being used.
  • Use a soft, dry cloth to clean vehicle.
  • DO NOT use any chemical liquids to clean the plastic surface of the vehicle.
  • DO NOT wash the vehicle with soap and water.
  • DO NOT drive the vehicle in rainy or snowy weather. Water will damage the motor, electric system and battery.
  • When not in use all electrical sources should be turned off. Press the power switch to the ‘OFF’ position to turn the power off. Also disconnect the battery connection under the seat.
  • Please do not change the structure of this product and circuit system.
  • DO NOT use the vehicle for other purposes except riding.

9. Safety Precautions

  1. While riding, adult supervision is required at all times.
  2. Always wear a helmet when riding.
  3. Do not ride near roads or on the footpath.
  4. It is not recommended to drive the vehicle on wet surfaces or on slopes greater than 15 degrees.
  5. It is recommended to ride this vehicle on smooth surfaces only.
  6. Do not use this vehicle outdoors when it is raining.
  7. Make sure you come to a complete stop before changing directions from forward to reverse.
  8. Don’t allow children to operate the charger or play with the battery.
  9. Clean the vehicle with a dry cloth only.
  10. Please follow the correct weight and age limits allowed to drive this vehicle.
  11. It is prohibited to change the circuit or add other electric parts.
  12. Adults must teach their children about safe driving procedures.
  13. Please turn the power off when not in use.
  14. Check the seat ensure it has been fitted and secured with a bolt before driving.
  15. Inspect all wires and connections of the vehicle periodically.
  16. Charging the battery should only be done by adults.
  17. In order to avoid accidents, please ensure the vehicle is safe before driving.
  18. Do not let any child touch the wheels or be near them when the car is moving.
  19. This toy contains batteries that are non-replaceable

on the packaging from the date of purchase.

In order to claim under this warranty, you will need to bring the product to the store of purchase, along with proof of purchase (typically this will be a receipt). Any cost incurred by you in bringing the product to the service desk will be borne by you. We will then, at our option, either repair or replace the product, or refund your money and take back the product.

Our liability under this manufacturer’s warranty is subject to us being satisfied that a defect was caused by defective workmanship or materials, and was not caused by or substantially contributed to by other factors, or circumstances beyond our control, including (but not limited to) defective installation, maintenance or repair, alteration or modification of the product in any manner not recommended by the manufacturer or any neglect, misuse or excessive use.

  • Your sealed lead-acid battery must be recycled or disposed of in an environmentally sound manner.
