IMPORTANT

  1. In the first days of using any power brush, your gums may bleed slightly, os your teeth have not adapted to the high-speed cleaning of the powder brush. In general, this bleeding should stop otter o few days. Should it persist over 2 weeks? you may have sensitive teeth and gums. Please stop using the product and consult your dentist.
  2. Unplug the adapter to prevent fie or danger if not in use for o long time.
  3. Pedoclically checks the cord for damage. If It’s damaged. please contact Flexforce Service Center to return the product for examination and repair. A damaged or non-functioning product should NOT be used. Do not modify or repack the product. This may cause a fire. electric shock or injury.
  4. This product is not intended for use by children under 3 years old. Children from 3 to 14 years old and users with the reduced physical. sensory or mental capabilities or kick of experience and knowledge should use the toothbrush under adult supervision or instruction.
  5. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be performed by children.
  6. Keep the product and attachments away from children.
  7. Do not modify or repair the product unless authorized.
  8. The product is only designed to clean your teeth. gums and tongue. Please do not use it for any other purpose.
  9. Do not use attachments that are not recommended by the manufacturer.
  10. Replace brush head every 3 months or sooner if brush head is / k damaged or deformed.

WARNING

  1. Do not drop or hit the product. Stop using the toothbrush immediately if damaged by dropping or hitting.
  2. Do not place the charger in water or Squid. Do not store where it can fall or be pulled into a tub or sink. Do not reach for the charger if it falls into the water. Unplug the charger at the outlet immediately if it falls into water.
  3. The battery cannot be replaced by users. It can only be replaced by authorized Flexforce Service Center Professionals. Non-profession­als are prohibited from dissembling the product.
  4.  If you are undergoing treatment for any oral core conditions. or you have another oral core symptom inc weak dentures or consecutive gum bleeding, or you have sensitive and weak teeth, consult your dentist before using the product.
  5. T1ris product is o personal core device and is not intended for use on multiple patients in a dental practice or institution.

Indicator lights

  1. When the battery is low, red lights start to flash quickly. Please charge as soon as possible
  2. When it’s charging, red lights flash slowly.
  3. When it’s fully charged, the indicator lights turn to green.

Charging Method

  1. Connect charging bose. cord and adapter, then plug adopter to an electrical outlet.
  2. Place charging boses on an even surface.
  3. Place toothbrush handle on the middle of Charging Base as the circle indicated. (see below sketch)
  4. Unplug the adopter when charging is finished. A full charge takes around 10 hours.

Charging Tips

  1. Charge first before using the product.
  2. Charge immediately when the red lights start to flash quickly when in use.
  3. A full charge enables 30 days of regular brushing (twice o day. 2 minutes per time).
Using your toothbrush
  1. Installing brush heads
    Insert the brush head to the handle. Turn the brush head to the left and the handle to the right at the same time. Align the upper arrow with the lower arrow.

  1. Turning on/off
    Press the on/off button to turn on the toothbrush. Press the on/off button to turn it off when it’s operating. (The toothbrush would be off automatically after 2 minutes once it’s on.

  2. Selecting brushing modes
    You can switch between 5 modes by pressing the Mode Button in 5 seconds when the toothbrush is on.
    The toothbrush would run the current mode by default if the Mode Button is not pressed in 5 seconds. Meanwhile, the Mode Button is locked. To switch to other modes then, the toothbrush needs to be restarted.

  3.  5 brushing modes
    (Clean ) Gentle Mode for first use or sensitive left and gums.
    (White ) Whitening for occasional or everyday use.
    (Clean+ Deep and thorough cleaning for experienced ) users.
    (Massage) Gentle massage of gums for sensitive teeth or gums.
    ( Polish ) Polishing for occasional or everyday use.

  4. Put the toothbrush to your mouth
    First, squeeze toothpaste onto the bristles. then turn on the toothbrush and start to brush.

Gum Care brush head
Provides effective and gentle cleaning for both teeth and gums. Designed for sensitive teeth or new users.

Deep Clean brush head
Clean teeth deeply and thoroughly.  You may use it twice a week in the first days of brushing, and use it every day when getting used to it.

Bacteria of bristles would multiply a lot in the humid bathroom. And bristles would wear or splay and weaken cleaning effect with long time use. We recommend renewing brush heads after 2 to 3 months of use.
Brush heads are consumables, therefore the wear varies from person to person.

Cleaning & Maintaining

  1. To prevent toothpaste from remaining left on bristles and causing bristles to stop rotating, rinse your brush head under running water with the handle switched on after each use.
  2. Note: Do not pull the bristles hard. Do not rinse with hot water of over 176 °F.
  3. Clean head and handle separately and wipe them dry before reassembling.
  4. The charging base should only be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Do not rinse it.
  5. Do not charge when the handle and charging base is wet.
  6. Put your toothbrush in aeration-drying places to reduce bacteria.
  7. Put your toothbrush in a stable place that is not easy to fall, to avoid bumping with hard objects.

Environmental Notice

The lithium battery of this product may contain environmental contaminants. Do not throw away the toothbrush handle with normal household waste at the end of its life. Turn it in at an official collection point, or send it back to an authorized Recycling Center by Flexforce.

Guarantee

We grant a 1-year guarantee to the product beginning from the purchasing date. Within the guarantee period, we will repair or replace the complete appliance as we may choose, free of charge, the damaged appliance resulting from faults in materials or workmanship. This guarantee extends to every country where this appliance is supplied by Flexforce or its appointed distributor.

This guarantee does not cover damage due to improper use, normal wear or use, such as brush heads, or defects that have a negligible effect on the value or operation of the appliance. The guarantee becomes void if repairs are undertaken by unauthorized persons or if Flexforce original parts are not used.
Note: The guarantee becomes void if the handle is disassembled by unauthorized persons.
To obtain service within the guarantee period, hand in or send the complete appliance with your sales receipt to an authorized  Flexforce Service Center.
Warranty replacement brush heads: Flexforce warranty will become void if damage is found to be attributed to the use of non-Flexforce replacement brush heads.
Flexforce does not recommend the use of replacement brush heads of any other brand.
Flexforce has no control over the quality of non-Flexforce replacement brush heads. Therefore, we cannot ensure the cleaning performance of non-Flexforce replacement brush heads.
Flexforce cannot ensure a good fit of non-Flexforce replacement brush heads with Flexforce brush handle.
All Flexforce replacement brush heads carry the Flexforce logo and meet Flexforce’s high-quality standards. Flexforce does not sell brush heads or handle parts under any other brand name.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible reasons Remedy

(Some)Bristles are NOT rotating when your
toothbrush Is not used.| Flexforce brush heads use a unique STACK TUFTING8 technology. There is flexible space between each bristle tuft and the inner base of the brush head, and the absence of pressure on the bristles during idling will result in poor contact with the base, therefore, some bristles seem to rotate in different speeds or not rotate.| Put toothpaste and start to brush, the
bristles will contact the wily Inner base fully and rotate and vibrate normally.
Each bristle tuft automatically adjusts brushing angle and force towards a tooth corresponding to the Irregular shape of
that tooth solace, thus the teeth surface and seams are cleaned more thoroughly and
effectively.
