SET Long press for 2sec to enter settings menu; short press to enter the submenu.
DEL/BACK In calling status, delete the calling records. In setting status, back to the previous menu or standby status.
UP Short press to page up the number; Long press to page up the number quickly; Browse the previous calling records.
DOWN Short press to page down the number; Long press to page down the number quickly; Browse the next calling records.

Host Operating Instructions

  1. the boot self-test: self-test program starts when the system power on, and with the ”initialization, please wait” voice prompts,if no abnormality, the self-test screen displays time and date, means the host into normal working condition.

  2. the function Setting operation: Before the host first time to learn, the user needs to delete all learned transmitters and managers by the hosts. Steps: the host into the normal working state, long-press the DEL key for about 5 seconds, heard the DingDong sound prompt, that means all learned transmitters and managers by the hosts have been cleared, the other configuration will not be cleared.

  3. First Level menu ”Fn-6” key switch Setting: Short press[MENU]key to enter the first-level menu ”Fn-1” and with ”pairing” voice prompt, press[UP / DOWN] to enter the level menu ”Fn-6” with ”key mode setting ”Voice prompt, short press [MENU] key to display” –04 ”, press [UP / DOWN] to display the desired key, select and press the Exit key to exit the Setting state. Remark: When selecting ”–02” and ”–04” key mode for ”PT2240 1.5M transmitter” and selecting ”–¬05” for ”keypad transmitter”. ”–01” and – 03 ”are temporarily unavailable.

  4. First level menu ”Fn10” Operation mode Setting: in partition mode, The host does not support the keyboard transmit-ter. Select ”- 00” which means non-partition mode, you can learn 999 ordinary transmitters. Select ”- 01” which means partition mode A-F a total of 6 areas, you can learn 594 ordinary transmitters. select ”–02” screen displays the suffix of the call number.

  5.  The first level menu ”Fn-5” voice environment Settings:
    A) voice prompt ” number X call”, the screen displays ”–01”;

After the completion of learning, press the [exit] key on the host to exit the learning state.  during the Learning process, if you want to skip some numbers, please select[Up / down]to skip.
    B) ordinary “PT2240 1.5M transmitter zoning learning method: first, in the first-level menu “Fn-6” key to switch select “key 2 ”or “key 4”, in the first- level menu “Fn10 ”  Work mode select “- 01”, short press [MENU] key to enter the first level menu “Fn-1” and with “pairing” voice prompts, and then short press the[MENU] key on the host to select district, and press [Up / down]to choose a number, if choose district C Number 12, The host screen displays “-C12” and presses any key of the transmitter to display “-C13” and with the voice prompt of “pairing successful, please continue”, indicating that the transmitter is successfully coded, the screen displays the  “-C13”, users can continue to learn other transmitters, the host can learn a total of 594 transmitters. After the completion of learning, press the [exit]key on the host to exit the learning state. during the Learning process, if you want to skip some numbers, please select[Up / down] to skip.
    C) the keyboard transmitter learning method: first in the first-level menu “Fn-6” key switch to select “key 5”, short press [MENU] key to enter the first-level menu  “Fn-1” and accompanied by “code” “voice prompts”, then short press [MENU] key on the host to enter the learning state, the host screen displays “-001 ”, press any key on the keyboard transmitter, display “-002 ”and accompanied by “pairing successful, please continue” voice prompts, indicating that the No.1 keyboard transmitter’s success of the code, the screen displays “-002 ” users can continue to learn the other two keyboard transmitters, a total of three to learn. After the completion of learning press [Exit] to exit the Setting state. (If you press the wrong key, please press the “” key to cancel and reinput. If you press the “” key twice, press any number, then  press the bell key to transmit, the keyboard screen Revert to the last call number.)

  7.  level menu “Fn-2” manager MENU the code Short press [MENU]key to enter the first level menu ”Fn-1” and accompanied Press SET button to enter Cd4  submenu. The display will show 040, then press UP/DOWN by “pairing” voice prompt, press [UP / DOWN] to enter the first level menu “Fn-2” and accompanied by  “Pair manager controller” prompt, short press [MENU] key to display “–01 ”press any key of the transmitter, with “pairing successful, please continue” voice prompt, screen display “- 02 ”, and so on, the host can learn 3 Manager, if you learn the fourth, then it will cover the first manager. After learning, press the host [Exit]key to exit the MENUup state. After learning the manager, you can use the manager for remote control Settings, page up, page down and exit operation, the four keys of the manager are of the same function with the corresponding key on the host.

  8. First Level menu “Fn-3” manager to delete Settings Short press[MENU]key to enter the first level menu “Fn-1” and accompanied by “code” voice prompt, press [UP / DOWN]to enter the first level menu “Fn-3” and accompanied by “Manager delete” voice prompt, short press the[MENU]key to display “–01” press up or down button to select the manager number to be deleted “- 02 ”, or “–03 ”. After selecting then Short press [Clear]There is a Dingdong voice prompt, indicating that the manager is deleted successfully. Press[EXIT]to exit the Setting state.

  9.  First Level menu “Fn-4” Delete single code data (learned transmitter): Short press[MENU]key to enter the first level menu “Fn-1” and accompanied by “pairing”  voice prompt, press the [up / down] key to enter the first-level menu “Fn-4” and accompanied by “delete the code data” prompt, short press[MENU key]For example the screen display “-001” Select [up / down] key to choose the transmitter number to be deleted, short press[Clear]key to hear a Dingdong voice prompt,  indicating that the “code” data deleted successfully, press the host[Exit]key to exit the Setting state.

  10.  First level menu “Fn-7”, enter the cycled display time Setting
    A) non-cycled display the call information: Press[MENU]key to enter the first level menu  “Fn-1”, press [UP / DOWN] to enter the first level menu “Fn-7” with the ”Display cycled time setting “Voice prompt, short press[MENU]key, the screen displays “–00 ”, then press [Exit]key, non- cycled display Settings succeed.
    B) cycled display the call information:: Short press[Learn]key to enter the first level menu “Fn-1”, press[UP / DOWN]to enter the first menu “Fn-7”, accompanied by “cycled time display “voice prompt, short press the MENU key, page up to screen display any number among —to -999”, (“- 01 to -999” is the cycle time interval. ”- 00  to -” – “to” 999 ”means the number of seconds). And then press the[Exit]key, the cycle display is MENU successfully.

  11. Level 1 menu ”Fn-8”, auto DEL time Setting
    A) “non-automatically delete the call information: short press[MENU]key to enter the first level Setting” menu “Fn-1”, press[UP / DOWN]to enter the first level menu “Fn-8” with “Auto Clear Time Voice prompt, short press[MENU]key, the screen displays “–00”, then press[Exit] key, non-automatically delete the Setting is successful.
    B) To delete the call information automatically: Press[MENU]key to enter the first level menu “Fn-1”, press[UP / DOWN]to enter the first menu “Fn-8”, accompanied by ”Auto DEL Time Setting “Voice prompt, short press[MENU]key, the screen displays any number among —to -999” (“- 01 to 999” is the automatic deletion time. “- 00 to -999” means the number of seconds). And then press the[EXIT]key, the automatic deletion Setting is successful.

  13.  First level menu ”Fn-11” Restore factory Settings: Press[MENU] key to enter the first menu “Fn-1”, press [UP / DOWN] to “Fn11”, short press [MENU] key to display “-ALL” with a Dingdong sound prompt, the screen shows “Fn11” that means restore the factory Settings succeed. Press the[Exit]key to exit the MENU  upstate. after the host Restore the factory settings, the state is as follow:
    A) all the code information of learned transmitters are all deleted;
    B) all the code information of learned managers are all deleted;
    C) The voice environment is MENU to “Number promp” mode;
    D) key switch is MENU to “4 key modes”;
    E) cycled time is MENU to “non-cycled mode”;
    F) Auto DEL time is MENU to “Non-auto DEL time”;
    G) Volume adjustment is MENU to “15”;
    H) The operating mode is MENU to “Show suffix for call number”.
    L) display order is MENU to ”Reverse order Setting”
    J) time and the date doesn’t change

  14. First Level menu “Fn-12”: Display order Setting Short press [MENU] key to enter the first level menu ”Fn-1”, press[UP / DOWN]to enter the first level menu  “Fn12” and accompanied by “set order” voice prompt, press[MENU key], Select “- 00”, means reverse order, select “- 01” that means positive sequence settings, then short press the host[Exit]to exit the Setting state.

Radio License (if appropriate)
Governments keep the radios in classification, business radios operate on radio frequencies that are regulated by the local radio management departments (FCC, ISED, OFCOM, ANFR, BFTK, Bundesnetzagentur…).To transmit on these frequencies, you are required to have a license issued by them. For the detailed classification and the use of your radios, please contact the local government radio management departments. Use of this radio outside the country where it was intended to be distributed is subject to government regulations and may be prohibited.
Unauthorized modification and adjustment
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance may void the user’s authority granted by the local government radio management departments to operate this radio and should not be made.
