Thanks for choosing this wireless calling receiver. The receiver host adopts RF wireless and learning code technology. It can easily pair up to 999 channels of wireless calling transmitters and 10 manager remote controllers. The receiver host uses an advanced industrial microprocessor and high sensitivity superheterodyne receiving technology which makes the products very stable.

At the same time, the wireless calling receiver host has an advanced number speaker function, it can clearly read the number, function, and so on and is compatible with different working modes, suitable for different places. The wireless calling system has millions of different codes which can be paired easily and freely.And it widely used in restaurants, café,bar,tea shop,KTV,bank,office,factory,hotel,hospital and so on.

Button Function

UP/DOWN: Up / down move function
SET: Long press and hold “SET” button 3 seconds to enter main setting menu, short press “SET” button to enter submenu or confirmation. If there is no operation for more than 1 minute, the system will automatically return to the standby interface.
BACK: Return or exit.
DEL: Delete settings or call information.
USB: Connect the interface with the computer when using the host computer software
DC12V: Power input.
Software: Reserved function extension, which is not defined for the time being.
Audio out: Audio output.

SYSTEM SETTING

  1. F01: Number Registration
    -Add transmitter
    Long press and hold the “SET” button 3seconds to enter the main setting menu, then press the “UP/DOWN” button to select menu F01, short press the “SET” button to enter the F01 submenu, the display shows “001”, then trigger the transmitter to program it to be Number 1 transmitter (after the program, the number will be increased by 1 automatically, which can only be realized on an individual bit, and must be manually adjusted on 10 or 100 digits.). The speaker will sound “successfully registration”. Short press the “BACK” button to the previous menu or press the “BACK” button twice to exit to standby.
    Note: When a number has been learned, it flashes and other transmitters can no longer learn unless short press the “DEL” button to delete the number.
    If a number is not learned, it is always on and does not flash.
    – Delete a transmitter separately
    Long press and hold the “SET” button for 3 seconds to enter the main setting menu, then press the “UP/DOWN” button to select menu F01, short press “SET” button to enter F01 submenu, the display shows “001”, press “UP/DOWN” button to select one of the numbers which want to delete, then press “DEL” button at the right side of the display receiver. If the number was programmed, the number will flicker; If the number was not programmed before, the number would not flicker. After deleting the number, it would not flicker and sound “Delete Successfully”.
    To delete all transmitters quickly, please use F08 restore factory default (submenu 1 or 2).\

  2. F02: Remote Control Registration
    Long press and hold the “SET” button for 3 seconds to enter the main selling menu, then press the “UP/DOWN” button to select menu F02, short press the “SET” button to enter the F02 submenu, the display shows “0” (Default), then press the relevant remote control, The speaker will sound “successfully registration”. After program Manager Remote Control, the user can use the programmed remote control to set up the display receiver remotely.
    Note: Support up to 10 management remote controls

  3. F03: Prompt Music
    Long press and hold the “SET” button for 3 seconds to enter the main setting menu, then press the “UP/DOWN” button to select menu F03, short press “SET” button to enter the F03 submenu, the display shows “1” (Default), then press “UP/DOWN” to select prompt music mode, and then short press “SET” button to confirm:
    0: Speaking Number only
    01:Ding-Dong + Speaking Number (Default);
    02: Airport Broadcast Voice only;
    03; Mute (no voice) ;
    After the program, press the “BACK” button to the previous menu or press the “BACK” button twice to exit to standby.

  4. F04: Volume
    Long press and hold the “SET” button 3 seconds to enter the main setting menu, then press the “UP/DOWN” button to select menu F04, short press the “SET” button to enter the F04 submenu, the display shows “6” (Default), then press “UP/DOWN” to setup relevant volume from 1 (lowest) to 6 (highest). Short press the “SET” button to confirm. After the program, press the “BACK” button on the previous menu or press the “BACK” button twice to exit to standby.

  5. F05: Delete Time Setting
    Long press and hold “SET” button for 3 seconds to enter the main setting menu, then press “UP/DOWN” button to select menu F05, short press “SET” button to enter F05 submenu, the display shows “000” (Default don’t delete), 000-999 seconds, then press “UP/DOWN” to setup relevant seconds to automatic delete calling history (short press UP/DOWN once to add/reduce 10 seconds). Short press the “SET” button to confirm. After the program, press the “BACK” button to the previous menu or press the “BACK” button twice to exit to standby.

  6. F06: Key Switch
    Long press and hold the “SET” button for 3 seconds to enter the main setting menu, then press the “UP/DOWN” button to select menu F06, short press the “SET” button to enter the F06 submenu, the display shows “00” (Default), then press “UP/DOWN” to choose the relevant key-value and then press a relevant key on the transmitter. After the program, press the “BACK” button on the previous menu or press the “BACK” button twice to exit to standby.

Note: Before switching the key value of the transmitter, please add the relevant transmitter first.

  1. F07: RFID Registration
    – Add RFID Card

    Long press and hold the “SET” button for 3 seconds to enter the main setting menu, then press the “UP/DOWN” button to select menu F07, short press the “SET” button to enter the F07 submenu, the display shows “01” (Default), then press “SET” button at the right side of the screen and after prompt voice “Swipe RFID Card”, put RFID card to sweep the middle of the right side of the screen.
    The speaker will sound “successfully registration” to confirm registered successfully. After the program, the number will be increased by 1 automatically. If need to continue to program No.2 RFID when the display shows “02”, press the “SET” button and then put another RFID card to sweep the middle of the right side of the screen. The speaker will sound “successfully registration” to confirm registered successfully. After the program, press the “BACK” button to the previous menu or press the “BACK” button twice to exit to standby.
    Note: Support up to 99 RFID Card.
    – Delete an RFID card separately
    Long press and hold the “SET” button 3 seconds to enter the main setting menu, then press the “UP/DOWN” button to select menu F07,short press the “SET” button to enter the F07 submenu, press the “UP/DOWN” button to select one of the numbers which want to delete, then press “DEL” button at the right side of the screen. If the number was programmed, the number will flicker; If the number was not programmed before, the number would not flicker. After deleting the number, it would not flicker and sound “Delete Successfully”.
    To delete all RFID cards quickly, please use F08 restore factory default (submenu 1 or 2).

  2. F08: Restore Factory Default
    Long press and hold the “SET” button for 3 seconds to enter the main setting menu, then press the “UP/DOWN” button to select menu F08, short press the “SET” button to enter the F08 submenu, the display shows “0” (Default), then press “UP/DOWN” to choose 0, 1 or 2 and then short press “SET” button to confirm restore factory default.
    0: restore factory default but not delete transmitter and RFID Card;
    1: restore factory default also delete all transmitters and RFID Card (but does not delete manager remote control);
    2: restore factory default also delete all transmitters, RFID Card, and manager remote control together.

Local Government Regulations
When radios are used as a consequence of employment, the Local Government Regulations requires users to be fully aware of and able to control their exposure to meet occupational requirements. Also, your Retekess user manual or separate safety booklet includes information and operating instructions required to control your RF exposure and to satisfy compliance requirements.

Radio License (if appropriate)
Governments keep the radios in classification, business radios operate on radio frequencies that are regulated by the local radio management departments (FCC, ISED, OFCOM, ANFR, BFTK, Bundesnetzagentur…).To transmit on these frequencies, you are required to have a license issued by them. For the detailed classification and the use of your radios, please contact the local government radio management departments.
Use of this radio outside the country where it was intended to be distributed is subject to government regulations and maybe prohibited.

Unauthorized modification and adjustment
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance may void the user’s authority granted by the local government radio management departments to operate this radio and should not be made. To comply with the corresponding requirements, transmitter adjustments should be made only by or under the supervision of a person certified as technically qualified to perform transmitter maintenance and repairs in the private land mobile and fixed services as certified by an organization representative of the user of those services.
Replacement of any transmitter component (crystal, semiconductor, etc.) not authorized by the local government radio management departments’ equipment authorization for this radio could violate the rules.

RF Exposure Information

  • DO NOT operate the radio without a proper antenna attached, as this may damage the radio and may also cause you to
    exceed RF exposure limits. A proper antenna is an antenna supplied with this radio by the manufacturer or an antenna specifically authorized by the manufacturer for use with this radio, and the antenna gain shall not exceed the specified gain by the manufacturer declared.

Long transmission

  • When the transceiver is used for long transmissions, the radiator and chassis will become hot.

  • Do not disassemble the charger, that may result in a risk of electrical shock or
  • Do not operate the charger if it has been broken or damaged in any way.
