OPERATING

Power On / Off
While the earbuds are into the charging case, open the case cover the TWS-12N will Power On automatically. Put earbuds back into the case earbuds LED indicator RED light solid and Power Off automatically.
Answer / Hang Up / Reject the Call
Clik L or R earbud to answer the phone call while the incoming call. Double- click L or R earbud to reject the call while the incoming call. Double-click L or R earbud to hang up the call while calling.
Play / Pause Music
Double-click L or R earbud to Play/Pause while playing music.

Pre / Next Song
Triple-click L earbud to return to the previous song while playing music. Triple-click R earbud to the next song while playing music.
Voice Assistant
Press and hold 2 seconds the L earbud to wake up the voice assistant. ANC On Transparency ANC Off Mode Press and hold 2 seconds the R earbud to change the ANC or Transparency or ANC Off normal mode.

GET STARTED

Take ” TWS-12N” out from the charging case, both earbuds will power on and pair each other automatically, at the same time, the master earbud will blink the RED and GREEN light alternately. Open the device wireless and chose the name “TWS-12N” on list, then you will hear CONNECTED from the earbud.

RESET

Clear pairing records Put back both earbuds into the charging case, open the cover, and hold the multi-function button of charging case5S until charging case four LED indicators blink 10 times at the same time, it means clear pairing records successfully.

CHARGING

Please use the provided charging cable to recharge the earbuds by the charging case. Charging case LED indicators in white when charging. After full recharged, 4 LED indicators on the charging case stay on.

ACCESSORIES

Wear the right size ear caps for your ears. Adjusting earbuds correctly achieves the best noise reduction performance and sound quality.
NOTES

  1. Avoid prolonged exposure to the excessive volume that may cause noise-induced hearing impairment. Turn the volume down before putting on your earphones, then adjust it to the right volume.
  2. Don’t use earphones while driving or riding your bike
  3. Stay away from sharp edges, uneven surfaces, metal parts, and anything that could damage the earphones.
  4. Do not modify, repair or remove earphones without professional guidance.
  5. Do not use corrosive or volatile liquid to clean the earphones.
  6. Do not use earphones in dangerous environments.
  7. These earphones contain small parts, which may cause choking hazards Please keep away from children and pets to prevent accidents.
  8. Battery warning:
    Improper use of the battery may cause fire or chemical bums. The battery may explode in case of damage.
    The battery can only be charged using an adapter specially provided for this product.
    Please dispose of batteries according to local regulations. Recycle if possible. Do not dispose of batteries as household waste or throw them into a fire, lest they explode.
