Cosmo Fiber R-61 Mobile Speaker Instruction Manual
Read these safety instructions before using your device and store them for
possible future reference.
Overview
- (M) Mode Switch (Between wireless/TF/USB/Aux-In/FM).
- Short press for previous track, long press to reduce the volume.
- Short press for next track, long press to increase the volume.
- Short press for Play/Pause. In FM mode, long press will auto search FM radio.

BLUETOOTH CONNECTION
- Switch the power button to turn on the speaker. The blue LED flashes, the speaker enters Bluetooth pairing mode.
- On your mobile device, enable Bluetooth, search and select “R-61” to pair. After paired, the blue LED lights up continuously.
- If battery has low power, the speaker will warn you with sound alarm.
- Charging Bluetooth: Connect the included USB cord to either a USB port on your computer or a DC 1A adaptor (not included).
- When charging: The red LED light is on. When charging is complete, the red LED light turns off.
FM RADIO MODE
- Press the “M” button to switch to FM radio mode.
- Press 3 seconds the pause button in FM mode to search and store FM radio stations automatically.
- If radio reception is poor, connect an AUX cable to work as an antenna.
MICRO TF CARD/ USB STICK MODE
- Connect a Micro TF card or USB stick. Play starts automatically.
- Supports MP3 format.
- Press the “M” button to switch between Micro TF card/USB stick, FM radio and Bluetooth mode.
LISTEN TO AN EXTERNAL DEVICE
- Use the supplied 3.5mm AUX cable; connect the speaker to an external device.
- Press the “M” Button to switch to AUX mode.
HAND-FREE CALL
- When a call comes, press briefly the “Pause” button to answer. Press and hold the “Pause” button to reject the call.
- During the call, briefly press the “Pause” button to hang up.

Charging the Product
NOTE: THE INTERNAL BATTERY MUST BE FULLY CHARGED BEFORE FIRST USE OF THE SPEAKER.
- To charge the battery, insert the micro-USB connector of the USB cable into the charging input hole and then plug the USB connector into either the USB port on a computer or into a compatible USB wall charger (not included) to charge through a standard wall outlet.
- The red LED indicator lights up during charging and will automatically go off when charging is complete.
- NOTE: When battery is low, the speaker will alarm, even while music is playing.
- Fully charge the battery as advised above to resume normal operation.
- Once the speaker has been charged, switch the device on by holding the on/ off button.
Safety Precautions
- The device is not intended for use by people (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capacity. People who have not read the manual, unless they have received explanations by a person responsible for their safety and supervision should not use this unit.
- Children should be monitored to ensure that they do not play with the device.
- The device should be always be readily accessible.
- The device should not be exposed to dripping or splashing water.
- The device should remain dry and in a dry environment. (not water proof)
- Open flames sources should not be placed on or near this device.
- The device is intended for use only in a temperate climate.
- At full volume, prolonged listening to the portable audio device may damage the user’s hearing and cause hearing troubles. (temporary or permanent deafness, hearing drone, tinnitus, hyperacusis). So we recommend not to listen to the portable device at high audio volume and no more than one hour per day at medium audio volume.
- CAUTION: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced or not replaced by the same type or equivalent.
- The battery should not be exposed to excessive heat such as sunshine, fire, or similar.
- Different types of battery, new and used batteries should not be mixed.
- The battery must be installed according to polarity.
- If the battery is worn, it must be removed from the product.
- The battery must be disposed safely to protect the environment.
- The battery can’t be replaced by the use, but only by the maker of this product.
SWITCH OFF IN RESTRICTED AREAS
Switch the device off where the use of the device is not allowed or where there is risk of causing interference or danger, for example: on aircraft, near medical equipment, fuel, chemicals or blasting sites.
ROAD SAFETY COMES FIRST
Check the current laws and regulations regarding the use of this device in the
areas where you drive.
- Do not handle the device when driving.
- Concentrate full on the driving.
Radio signals could affect some of the car’s electronic systems such as the audio stereo and alarm systems.
INTERFERENCE
- All wireless devices are susceptible to interference which may affect their performance.
- All our device conform to international standards and regulations, and if need be national ones, with a view to limiting user exposure to electromagnetic fields.
These standards and regulations were adopted after the completion of extensive scientific research. This research established no link between the use of the mobile headset and any adverse effects on the health if the device is used in accordance with standard practices.
ACCESSORIES
Only use batteries, chargers and other accessories which are compatible with
this equipment. Do not connect incompatible products.
CHILDREN
Keep your device in a safe place, out of the reach of young children. The device contains small parts that may present a choking hazard.
