EEPROM CH341A 24 25 Series Flash BIOS USB Programmer
Features:
- The main purpose of the CH341A Programmer is to back up, erase, program, calibrate, and other actions on various software.
- Erase / programming speed is probably 2-3Mbit check every minute.
- Supports EEPROM 24 series ST, WINB IND, AMIC, MXIC, SST, SPANSION, EON, PMC, etc. & 25 series chips.
- Support most 24 / 25 Series EEPROM BIOS SOP8 SOP16 chips on the market. (Note: Due to the characteristics of the CH341A chip, the ESMT SST class 25 chip can only be read and cannot be written).
- Support 3 power supply modes: 5V external power supply; 3.3V external power supply; external power supply (requires 3.3V-5V).
- Original CH341A chip with stable performance. CH341A chip is used for USB communication which is faster than ordinary ATMEGA8.

Usage Instructions:
- GND: Connect to GND
- RXD: connect to MCU.TX (signal flow: MCU.TX >> FT232 >> PC.RX)
- TXD: Connect to MCU.RX (signal flow: MCU.RX << FT232 << PC.TX)
- 3V3/5V: output 3.3V or 5V (the module is powered by USB, the jumper must be jumped to 3.3V or 5V)
- RTS: connect to MCU.CTS (signal flow: MCU.CTS << FT232 << PC.RTS)
- CTS: connect to MCU.RTS (signal flow: MCU.RTS >> FT232 >> PC.CTS)
