1. Product introduction
The RGB3DScanner full-color 3D scanning system is a product that transforms mobile phones into 3D scanners in seconds, designed and developed by Wuhan Boya Hongtuo Technology Co., Ltd. The design concept of this product is that it can not only meet the professional requirements of 3D practitioners, but also realize the desire of teenagers and 3D enthusiasts to model easily and solve 3D modeling needs. This product is simple, practical, efficient, and interesting, and aims to allow users to easily learn 3D modeling.
To use this product for the first time, users need to download the RGB3DSCAN App and turn on the Bluetooth function, and use the mobile phone App to control the rotation of the product turntable and complete the object shooting. After the shooting, the system automatically uploads the cloud server for processing, and then can view and export the corresponding color 3D texture model. The 3D texture model can be saved, shared, and used for 3D printing. The whole process is easy to operate, making professional modeling more efficient, and making basic children keen on 3D technology!

(1) Download the APP. You can search and download “RGB3DSCAN” in application markets, or visit the official website www.boyahongtuo.com to download and install.
(2) Place the product on a flat table, turn on the switch, and the indicator light will be on at this time; place the object you want to obtain the model on the product turntable stably
(3) Click the RGB3DSCAN App icon to enter the main interface.
(4) Click on the “personal” login account in the lower right corner or register a new account and log in again.
(5) After logging in, click on the button to enter the “model name” (the name can be self-selected).
(6) After taking the model name, the system shows it connects to Bluetooth, then click “Device Detected”.
(7) After connecting to Bluetooth, it will automatically jump to the shooting interface. At this time, you can adjust the position of the phone holder. In principle, the object is centered and occupies no less than 50% of the image frame. Ensure the stability of the environment during shooting and avoid interruption of shooting.
(8) Click the shooting button again, the system will automatically collect data.
(9) After the data is collected, it is automatically uploaded to the server for processing.
(10) After the data processing is completed, the digital model is automatically saved to your cloud space, and you can browse, download, and share your 3D model library.

This product is a precision equipment, in order to ensure the product life and good usability, please comply with the following:
- Be sure to use the official original charger when charging. Please check whether the charger is applicable if the use area is outside of mainland China.
- If the charger is damaged or lost, in order to avoid the risk of electric shock and affect product performance, please purchase an official charger.
- Do not expose this product to high temperature or direct sunlight. Please turn off the product after use and place the product in a cool, dry place.
- When charging, please place this product out of children’s reach to avoid dangerous situations such as electric shock caused by misoperation.

- For the stable operation of the product, objects that are too heavy, too high, or too wide are not suitable for this product.

- During the charging process, the indicator light of the charger will be red. After the charging is completed, the indicator light will turn green.

1. What camera equipment is suitable for RGB3DScanner?
A mobile phone or tablet with Bluetooth and camera functions is sufficient
(the mobile phone or tablet should support Bluetooth 4.0 and above, and the
Android mobile phone system should be Android 7.0 and above, and the iPhone
system should be iOS 8.0 and above).
2. Why doesn’t the indicator light when the switch is turned on?
It may be that the battery is low, try to charge it and use it; if the
charging still cannot be solved, please contact customer service.
3. What should I do if Bluetooth fails to connect?
If you have Bluetooth connection problems, it’s probably because the Bluetooth
is connected with other devices. It is recommended that you turn off the
turntable, disconnect the turntable from other devices, and then turn on the
turntable to connect to Bluetooth.
4. Why can’t the product work normally after connecting to Bluetooth?
First, check the power of the product to rule out the circumstance of lack of
power. In the case of sufficient power, remove the object and check again
whether the device rotates normally. If it cannot rotate normally, please
contact customer service.
