Keep these instructions. The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference.

Heed all warnings. All warnings on the appliance and in the operating instructions should be observed.

Follow all instructions. All set up, operating, and storage instructions should be followed.

Do not use this apparatus near water. The appliance should not be used near water or moisture, i.e., in a damp basement or near a swimming pool, etc.

Clean only with a dry cloth.

Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Do not install near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or other apparatus (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

Protect the power cord from being tread on or pinched, particularly at the plugs, convenience receptacles, and at the point where it exits the apparatus.

Only use attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.

Use only with the cart, stand, tripod, bracket, or table specified by the manufacturer, or sold with the apparatus. When a cart or rack is used, use caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.

Unplug the apparatus during lightning storms or when unused for long periods of time.

Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, i.e., if the power supply cord or plug is damaged, if the liquid has come in contact with the apparatus or objects have fallen into it, or if the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
• This lightning bolt with an arrowhead symbol within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of non-insulated “dangerous voltage” within the product’s enclosure that may be of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk of electric shock.
WARNING: To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not remove the cover (or back) as there are no user-serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
• The exclamation point within an equilateral triangle is intended to alert the user to the presence of important operating and maintenance instructions in the literature accompanying the appliance. -
The plug functions as the disconnect device. The disconnect device shall remain readily operable.

WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this apparatus to rain or moisture. The apparatus should not be exposed to dripping or splashing, and no objects filled with liquid, such as a vase, should be placed on the apparatus.

A moderate climate facilitates optimal use of the equipment.

The ventilation should not be impeded by any covering of the ventilation openings with items such as newspapers, tablecloths, curtains, etc.

No naked flame sources, such as lit candles, should be placed on the apparatus.

CAUTION: These servicing instructions are for use by qualified service personnel only.
To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not perform any servicing other than that contained in the operating instructions unless you are qualified to do so. -
WARNING: Please refer to the information on the exterior back enclosure for electrical and safety information before installing or operating the apparatus.

Do not defeat the safety purpose of the polarized or grounding plug. A polarized plug has two blades, and one is wider than the other. A grounding plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for the replacement of the obsolete outlet.

CAUTION: For pluggable equipment, the socket/outlet shall be easily accessible.

The equipment shall be connected to a socket/outlet with a protective earthing connection by a grounding-type power supply cord.

Make sure to use the securing latch to avoid lid closing and pinching your fingers.

Press to turn on the LED light (Default maximum brightness.) Press again to
dim the lights.
Press a third time to turn off the LED.
9| Elastic band| For securing your laptop to prevent possible damage in
transit.
10| Lock Latch| Before opening the device, please open the Lock Latch downward
first.
11| Stationery box| For storing your stationery.
12| File box| For storing your files.
13| USB TYPE-C socket| For charging your external devices.
14| USB-A socket| For charging your external devices.
15| Pen holder| For temporarily storing your marking pen, whiteboard pen, etc.
16| Anti-reverse rotating bracket| Rotate the anti-reverse rotating bracket to
make it vertical. It prevents the lid from accidentally falling down.
17| AC power jack| Plug the AC power cord into this jack and into a power
outlet.
18| Bracket| Before you open the lid, please lift the bracket up.
USING THE HOME OFFICE
Powering the home office
Your home office uses an AC power supply and is powered by a standard wall
outlet.
- Insert the AC power supply into the device. The AC socket is at the back of the device.
- Insert the wall plug into an appropriate wall outlet.
Opening the home office
Place your home office on a flat surface before use.
Do not place close to water or moisture.
Open the latches on both sides of the home office.
Open the cover of the home office. Be careful not to catch the cover.
Note: Close the cover and fasten the latch when you are not using the
home office.
Keep it away from fire and water or other chemicals.
Using your laptop with the home office
Powering your laptop
There are two AC output sockets available on the home office. You can supply
power to your laptop by plugging the power cord from your laptop into this
power outlet.
Note: You must first connect the home office to your home electrical outlet
and ensure that the power supply is normal.
Note: If you transport this workbox with a laptop in it, secure the
laptop with an elastic band to prevent damage from agitation.
Charging your external device
There are two USB ports for charging your external devices (such as mobile
phones, etc.) One is a TYPE-C output socket, another is the USB-A output
socket. Please choose the appropriate USB charging port according to the
external device you need to charge.
Note: You must first connect the home office to your home electrical outlet
and ensure that the power supply is normal.
As the specifications state the max. total output for USB-A & USB-C is 2.1A. If
the USB ports are overloaded, the USB-C port takes priority, USB-C will charge
and USB-A will stop automatically. Only when devices in the 2 ports are within
2.1A, they can charge at the same time. Otherwise, when it is overloaded,
USB-C charges first and then USB-A after the C port is done.
Using the LED light
There is a string of LED lights on the inside of the lid. Press the LED switch
to turn on the light and press it again to adjust the brightness. To turn off
the light, press the LED switch.
Note: Turn off the LED light when you are not using the home office.
Using the whiteboard
For the convenience of use, on the inside of the lid is a whiteboard on
which you can record notes at any time. Use of this whiteboard requires a
special whiteboard pen.
NOTE: If you accidentally use a different type of pen, clean off the
writing with a wet cloth dipped in alcohol.
On the underside of the whiteboard, there are options for placing your pen.
When you use the home office, you can insert the pen you are going to use into
the pen holder.
A place for documents and other items
On the control panel of the home, office are three storage boxes.
A) Is the power supply box where you can store your power cord.
B) Is the file box where you can place your files.
C) Is the stationery box where you can store your stationery.
When placing objects in the box, first push the lid of the storage box inwards,
and then open it up.
You will need to place the storage box lid back if it displaces.
To replace the power supply box lid or stationery box lid as shown in the figure, first, insert the shaft on one side of the lid into the hole. The shaft at the other end is placed diagonally inside the card slot, and then, push hard inward so that the shaft attaches to the hole.
When you are replacing the file box lid, as shown in the figure, follow the steps below:
- Insert the shaft on one side of the lid into the hole.
- Use your hands to lift the lid from underneath to bend it.
- Insert the shaft at the other end into the hole.

Missing items will be charged based on suggested retail prices. All returns
must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number (RMA) issued by
Worky. If an RMA is not obtained prior to shipping, the returned product will
be refused and returned to the sender. The shipping cost is not refundable and
returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. There is a 15% restocking fee
that will be calculated based on the price of the product once the item is

Limited warranty
UNITED STATES
Worky (Worky Life, LLC) warrants to the original retail purchaser that this
product will be free from defective materials and workmanship for one (1) year
from the date of purchase, subject to the limitations below. This warranty
period is not extended if we replace the product.
To obtain a replacement under the terms of this warranty, you must contact the
dealer from which it was purchased with your original receipt. If assistance
from the dealer from which it was purchased is impossible, you may email our
customer service for warranty assistance at
support@workylife.com.
Except as limited below, if the product proves defective in either material or
workmanship within one (1) year from the date of purchase, Worky will replace
the product at no charge. If the product model is no longer available and
cannot be replaced with an identical model, Worky will issue a merchandise
credit for the purchase price to be redeemed at
workylife.com
LIMITATIONS:
- This limited warranty does not cover failure of the product arising, in whole or in part, from improper installation, storage, transportation, misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, mishandling, unauthorized repair, modification, or wear from ordinary use or environmental deterioration.
- This limited warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, including paint damage, or consequential damage to other components or premises which may result in any reason for the failure of the product.
- This limited warranty is null and void for products not used in accordance with Worky’s instructions.
- This limited warranty terminates if the original retail purchaser sells or otherwise transfers this product.
- This limited warranty is null and void for defects or damage caused by installation or repair performed by any person or entity other than a Worky authorized installer or dealer.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other
rights which vary from state to state, jurisdiction to jurisdiction, or
country to country.
All express and implied warranties for the product, including but not limited
to any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular
purpose, are limited in time to the term of this warranty. Some states,
jurisdictions, or countries do not allow the exclusion of certain implied
warranties or conditions, or limitations on how long an implied warranty or
condition lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
Worky’s responsibility for malfunctions and defects in hardware is limited to
replacement or repair as set forth in this warranty statement. Worky does not
accept liability for special, punitive, consequential, or incidental damages
or losses, whether direct or indirect, including without limitation, any
liability for third party claims against you for damages or losses or for
products not being available for use. The maximum liability for which Worky
may be responsible will be no more than the amount you paid for the product
that is the subject of the claim.
Some states, jurisdictions, or countries do not allow the exclusion of certain
implied warranties or conditions, or limitations on how long an implied
warranty or condition lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. Worky’s

at its sole option may replace the unit with a current model of equal or

consumer outside of the United States, Canada, and US Territories. To obtain
