Please wake up the Bluetooth signal before unlocking * (red light flashes when
the device is working)

Q1: How to download the app.
A1: If you receive the product, In order for you to use the latest
features of this Smart lock, It is recommended to search for “OKLOK” in google
play or the app store to download the latest version of the software.
This is perfect to use.
Q2: Currently only registered accounts are allowed to register via email.
Enter the email address to get the verification code.
A2: Please connect to the network (WiFi or cellular network), restart the
software, and try again.
Q3: If the verification code is sent successfully, the mailbox will not
receive the verification code.
A3: Because app@oklock.net is the address of the
mailbox that is often used for registration and reset, it May is defined as an
ad mailbox, which can be found in the junk mailbox
Q4: After installing the app, you need to get camera permissions and get
the location.
Get contacts, etc.
A4: This is a normal prompt. It can also be disabled. Scanning the QR
code requires camera permission. Unlocking will record the time, and sharing
it with friends will get the contact.
Q5: After the fingerprint is successfully registered, the fingerprint
cannot be locked.
A5: When registering, please use the same thumb to take 6 fingerprints
according to the prompt.
Q6: How long does this battery last?
A6: This lock is a low-power 3C product. You must touch the fingerprint
head with your thumb before unlocking. Activate BT and devices, After the lock
is completed, it will enter the sleep state within 3-5s.
