Remote Control Usage
- Install 2 AAA batteries into the remote control before use.

Bluetooth Remote Control Navigation
To fully navigate on Netflix with the Bluetooth remote control:
- Connect the remote control via Bluetooth.
- In the Netflix app, press the Virtual Mouse button to activate body sensing function.
- Long press the OK button and use hand movements to navigate content.
FAQ
How do I troubleshoot Bluetooth connection issues?
If the Bluetooth connection fails, try re-installing the batteries and re-
aiming at the device’s infrared receiver.

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Important: In order to get the best viewing effect, it’s suggested that you use the product in a dark room.
- Warming: Following safety instructions can sustain product’s lifespan and prevent it from firing or electric shock, so please read them carefully and pay attention to all warnings.
- Do not install it in a place with poor ventilation.
- Do not install it in a hot or damp place.
- Do not block its ventilation holes (Intake or Exhaust).
- Do not install it in a dusty or smoky place.
- Do not install it near to the temperature/smoke sensor since it might take the sensor fail to work. Do not install it in a position directly blown by air condition. Otherwise it might be malfunctioned because of the water & vapour condensation or high temperature.
- Note : In order to maintain the performance and reliability of the projector, please leave at least 30cm of space around the projector.
- Do not install in an unventilated area.
- Do not install in high temperature and humidity.
- Do not settle the bottom in a soft place.
- Stay away from the dust.
- Do not install near temperature or smoke sensors.
- Do not install near air conditioning vents.
- Note : The projector’s light is very bright, so please do not look at it directly or point its light to your eyes in case of causing visual damage.

RODUCT STRUCTURE
Warning:
Do not cover the air outlet when using, so as to avoid equipment damage caused
by overheating of the device.
REMOTE CONTROL
Please install 2 AAA batteries before using, and then aim at the infrared receiving window of the device to operate the remote control.
Bluetooth Remote Control Connection Pairing Method
- After turning on the projector and connecting it to the internet, click the Bluetooth button on the remote, and a Bluetooth connection window will pop up on the projection interface.
- Please make sure that the distance between the remote control and the projector is within 1 meter. Then long press the “Volume Down” key and the “Focus Down” arrow key at the same time and hold for 3 to 4 seconds.
- The screen will show scanning xxxxxx after a few seconds and the light of the remote control will flash continuously. When it shows “Scanning TXCZ_RCM” on the screen, it means that the Bluetooth remote control connection has completed.
Note: If the Bluetooth connection fails, please try the above operations again.
How to Fully Navigate on Netflix by Bluetooth Remote Control?
- After finishing the Bluetooth remote control connection, you can go to the Netflix app and press the “Virtual Mouse” button to activate the virtual mouse’s body sensing function .
- Long press the “OK” button on the remote and move your hands to up/down/left/right to choose the corresponding contents for playing and fully navigate on Netflix.
Note: The Bluetooth virtual mouse function can also be used to all apps which need a mouse to fully navigate. Common apps include Netflix, Disney+, WPS etc.
- Be cautious when using the remote control. Do not drop it, trample on it, or spill any liquid into its body.
- Do not put the remote control near to any heat source.
- Do not expose the remote control under sunlight.
- Do not put the remote control in a damp place.
INSTALLATION AND DEBUGGING
Projector Installation
- Method 1 : Put it horizontally
- Method 2: Hang it with mount
Note: When the projector is hung on the ceiling or in a system of rear projection, please change the projection mode accordingly.
Projection Modes
Go to Menu > Settings > Projection > Installation Mode to change the
projection modes per your needs.
Focus Adjustment
When the image is blurred, it’s recommended to manually adjust the focus to
improve the clarity of the image via pressing the Focus up/Focus down button
on the remote. If you cannot obtain satisfactory clarity through adjustment,
please move the projector forward or backward.
Electric Keystone Correction
When trapezoidal distortion occurs, the user needs to adjust the electronic
trapezoidal correction under the following Settings: Menu > Settings >
Projection > Trapezoid Correction OR Foursquare Correction.
- For Trapezoid correction, you can press the direction keys up/down/right/left to make sure that the screen is rectangular.
- For Foursquare Correction, press OK button on the remote to select the four corners, and in accordance with the direction of the Arrow Diagram to adjust the corresponding trapezoidal angle via pressing the up/down/right/left direction keys.
ZOOM Adjustment
ZOOM Adjustment Range: 100% – 35%
You can adjust the projection screen size from 100% into 35% by clicking the
Left “ ” and Right ” button on the remote per your needs under Settings >
Projection > Global zoom without moving the distance between the projector to
the screen.

Turn Off Safely
Press the power button on operation panel or remote control, and turn off the
device according to the system prompts.
ANDROID TV OS DESKTOP
Overview
Press the power button, it will enter into the home page after the startup
screen appeared for a few seconds. Connect to a wireless network firstly, then
you can access online services, enjoy movies, music, and pictures, and browse
internet through the installed apps.
App Playing
- Press “Home” button to access Home Menu.
- Click “Settings” on the top of the home page and select “WiFi” to complete network connection.
- Go back to the home page and click the Right Button “ ” on the remote to find ”My Apps”.
- Click “OK” button on the remote to select “My APPs” > Netflix/YouTube/Prime Video etc to start your APP playback.
App Download
Click APP Store under My APPs to download your frequently used APPs. Search it
on the top to download or download it by Category.
Warm Tips: To ensure the stable use of APPs, we suggest you to install APPs from APP Store. For APPs which you cannot find in APP Store, you can download them from Google Play Store.
App Manager
Select “Menu > Settings > System > More Settings > Apps” to manage your
installed Apps,
App Uninstall
Go to My Apps and select an App, press “ ” on the remote control, then select
[Uninstall] to uninstall the App from the projector.
WIRELESS MIRRORING FUNCTION
Android Smartphone/Tablet Mirroring
Please make sure your Android Mobile/Tablet supports Screen-sharing before you
start using wireless projection on this projector.
- On your Android device, turn on WLAN (not necessary to connect to any Wi-Fi router)
- Launch the Multi-screen/ Wireless Display / Screen Mirroring / Smart View function
- Select Please waiting from the searching result list.
- Click [Mirroring] of the Miracast app on your smartphone and start screen mirroring.
iOS Device Screen Mirroring
- Please connect your iOS device to the same network as the projector.
- Turn on the projector and press the Menu/Home button on the remote control, select “My Apps > iOS Cast” as the input source.
- Activate Screen-Mirroring function on your IOS device and search for the projector, click it and find the device [BirdCast – XXXX] to connect.
DLNA – APP Airplay
- Please connect your mobile/tablet device to the same network as the projector.
- Turn on the projector and press the Menu/Home button on the remote control, select “My Apps -Miracast” as the input source.
Cast Screen Guide
- Make sure your device and projector on the same WLAN.
- Choose whatever video you like on apps with cast screen capability.
- Click TV Button on your device, select [Miracast-XXXX-DLNA] for screen casting.
Notice: Due to copyright issue, Videos like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney and Hulu are not support to screen mirroring directly. You can watch those videos directly by the installed apps of the projector.
Windows Laptop Wireless Mirroring
Search the settings on your computer for“Screen mirroring” and“Connect to
wireless display”
- Make sure that your computer and the projector are connected to the same wifi network.
- Select “My Apps > Miracast” as the input source.
- Open the Miracast app on your computer and click “Connect” to start mirroring.
Note : If there is no sound coming from the projector after mirroring, please go to Settings > Audio
Settings and choose “Miracast Audio” as the output audio.
MacBook Wireless Screen
- Click the Screen Mirroring icon on the top of your MacBook task bar.
- Click Mirror or extend to: [BirdCast-XXXX ] and choose Mirror Built-in Retina Display.
- Click [BirdCast-XXXX ] again to exist screen Mirroring.
MULTI-MEDIA CONNECTION
HDMI Connection
- Press the “Source” button on the remote control to select HDMI as the input source.
- HDMI Compatiable Devices: Laptop, TV Stick, PS4, XBOX, DVD Player, etc.
**Sound Settings for HDMI Connections.***
- Turn off Dolby audio in your device (such as TV stick/PS4/PS5).
- If there is no sound with Blu-ray Disc Player, please change the sound model to PCM in your DVD player.
- If there is no sound with Cable Box, change the sound model to PCM in your Cable Box.
- If there is no sound with a USB stick/TF card, please don’t download the video with Dolby(AC3).
- If there is no sound with the Laptop/Macbook via HDMI connection, please change the laptops sound output to HDMI under Setting-sound-select HDMI as the sound output device.
USB Connection – Local Media Play
- Connect the USB flash driver to the projector and select “My Apps > Media Center” as the input source.
- Select local disk [USB flash driver] to select (videos, pictures, musics and all files)
- Press OK to play; press the return key to exit.
Warm Tips: If you cannot find your files after plugging in your USB Driver,Please re-plug or replace the new device!

PROJECTOR SETTINGS
Network Settings
- Go to the main Menu of the projector and choose [Settings].
- Select [Wifi] and activate the wifi function.
- Find your home wifi network name and input the password, click [Connect].
Bluetooth Settings
Turn on the projector and press the Menu/Home button on the remote control.
Select “Settings > Bluetooth” and press OK to turn on Bluetooth. Choose the
device to be paired, and then select the return key to exit after successfully
connected.
Notice: It’s NOT support to connect with smart-phones via Bluetooth to realize screen sync.
Projection Settings
- Settings > Projection > Screen ratio: change the screen ratio into 16:9 or 4:3.
- Settings > Projection > Installation mode: choose the projection mode per your needs.
- Settings > Projection > Trapezoidal correction: electrically adjust vertical correction and horizontal correction.
- Settings > Projection > Foursquare correction: electrically adjust four corners.
- Settings > Projection > Global zoom: zoom in/out the projection size from 100% to 35%.
Device Preferences
About
- System Update: Click About > System Update to update your internal system to the latest version.
- Check information of Device name, Status, Legal information, Model, System Version, Android Version, RAM, ROM, MAC address, WiFi MAC Address.
Factory Reset
Go to Settings > Storage & Reset > Device storage and Reset factory data.
Date & Time
Settings→Date and Time: Auto internet date and time or set the date and
Timezone, Use 24-hours Format.
Language
Press OK enter language option to choose language.
