THANK YOU FOR BUYING OUR PRODUCTS. PLEASE READ THIS MANUAL CAREFULLY BEFORE USE. AFTER READING IT, PLEASE COLLECT IT CAREFULLY FOR FUTURE REFERENCE. THE PICTURE IS FOR REFERENCE ONLY, AND THE PRODUCT IS SUBJECT TO THE REAL OBJECT.
DANGER INCORRECT USE
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO PUT IT WHERE CHILDREN CAN REACH, OTHERWISE IT MAY CAUSE SCALD OR ELECTRIC SHOCK!
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO INSERT METAL CHIPS, NEEDLES AND OTHER FOREIGN MATTERS INTO THE PRODUCT, OR MODIFY THE PRODUCT, OTHERWISE IT WILL CAUSE ELECTRIC SHOCK OR ABNORMAL PHENOMENON!
SEVERE WARNING ITEMS
DURING OPERATION, IT IS FORBIDDEN TO BUCKLE THE POT COVER REVERSELY OR THE BUCKLE IS NOT IN PLACE, OTHERWISE IT WILL CAUSE SERIOUS ACCIDENTS! (CORRECTLY FASTEN THE POT COVER, AS SHOWN IN THE FIGURE BELOW)
THE CLOSURE OF THE POT COVER SHOULD BE VERY STABLE AND EASY UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES. DO NOT BUCKLE VIGOROUSLY OR FORCIBLY!!!
AFTER COOKING, WHEN THE FLOAT IS NOT IN THE FALLING STATE OR IT IS DIFFICULT TO OPEN THE COVER, IT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED TO OPEN THE COVER BY FORCE TO AVOID SCALDING.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO WASH OR SOAK THE POT WITH WATER TO AVOID ELECTRIC SHOCK OR OPEN CIRCUIT.
DO NOT USE IT IN THE FOLLOWING PLACES: ON UNSTABLE COUNTERTOPS, NEAR WATER AND FIRE, NEAR WALLS AND FURNITURE; PLACES WITH DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND OIL SPLASHING.
DAILY PRECAUTIONS
DURING NORMAL OPERATION, THE EXHAUST VALVE SHALL BE SEALED. THE CORRECT PLACEMENT METHOD IS AS FOLLOWS:
SEALING STATE AND EXHAUST STATE
COOK SOLID FOOD: BEFORE OPENING THE COVER, PULL THE PRESSURE LIMITING VALVE TO THE EXHAUST STATE. YOU CAN’T OPEN THE COVER UNTIL THE FLOAT FALLS! WHEN COOKING LIQUID FOOD (PORRIDGE, VISCOUS LIQUID), DO NOT DEFLATE. OTHERWISE IT WILL CAUSE BURNS!
THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FOOD AND WATER SHALL NOT EXCEED 4/5. WHEN FOOD IS EASY TO EXPAND AND BLOCK, THE TOTAL AMOUNT SHALL NOT EXCEED 3/5, NOT LESS THAN 1/5, AND PORRIDGE SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 1.5/5. OTHERWISE, IT MAY NOT BE COOKED OR CAUSE ACCIDENTS!
-
LOWEST WATER LEVEL
-
MAXIMUM WATER LEVEL OF EXPANDED FOOD
-
MAXIMUM WATER LEVEL
WHEN USING, PAY ATTENTION TO THE CONTACT BETWEEN THE HEATING PLATE AND THE INNER TANK, THERE SHALL BE NO FOREIGN MATTERS, AND KEEP THE BOTTOM OF THE HEATING PLATE AND THE INNER TANK CLEAN, OTHERWISE SERIOUS FAULTS WILL OCCUR!
WHEN CLEANING THE INNER TANK, PLEASE USE SPONGE OR SOFT MATERIAL CLOTH TO SCRUB. DO NOT USE STEEL BALL, SHOVEL AND OTHER HARD TOOLS TO SCRAPE AND CLEAN, SO AS TO PREVENT SCRATCHING THE SURFACE OF THE INNER POT!
DO NOT MOVE THE PRODUCT DURING WORK!
BEFORE USE, YOU MUST ENSURE THAT THE POWER CORD IS RELIABLY CONNECTED WITH THE HOST SOCKET. DON’T PULL THE POWER CORD VIGOROUSLY WHEN WORKING OR MOVING, AND ENSURE THAT THERE IS NO WATER DROP IN THE CONNECTING PART OF THE SOCKET, OTHERWISE IT WILL CAUSE ELECTRIC LEAKAGE OR SPARK!
WHEN NOT IN USE FOR A LONG TIME, PLEASE UNPLUG THE POWER CORD TO PREVENT SHORT CIRCUIT, COMPONENT AGING AND SPONTANEOUS COMBUSTION!
DO NOT IMMERSE THE PRODUCT IN WATER OR CAUSE ELECTRIC SHOCK.
THE ANTI BLOCKING COVER, EXHAUST VALVE CORE AND FLOAT MUST BE CHECKED REGULARLY TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE NOT BLOCKED.
IF THE POWER CORD IS DAMAGED, GO TO THE DESIGNATED MAINTENANCE POINT OR PROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL OF THE DEALER TO REPLACE THE SPECIAL CORD.
NORMAL AND NON FAULT CONDITIONS
THE FOOD WILL HAVE A SLIGHT PLASTIC ODOR WHEN USED FOR THE FIRST TIME, WHICH IS NORMAL. GENERALLY, THE ODOR CAN BE REMOVED BY BOILING IT WITH WATER (OR WHITE VINEGAR) FOR THE FIRST TIME!
SLIGHT WHITE SMOKE WILL APPEAR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POT DURING THE PREVIOUS USE, WHICH IS DUE TO THE FIERCE SHRAPNEL AT THE BOTTOM, WHICH A NORMAL PHENOMENON. YOU CAN USE IT WITH CONFIDENCE. IF IT IS STILL USED FOR MANY TIMES, OR THE WHITE SMOKE IS LARGE OR HAS PUNGENT TASTE, IT IS A MACHINE FAULT! STOP
STOP USING IMMEDIATELY.
THERE MAY BE SLIGHT ABNORMAL METAL NOISE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POT WITHIN THE FIRST THREE MONTHS OF USING THE PRODUCT, WHICH IS DUE TO THE NOISE BETWEEN MANGANESE SHRAPNEL AND HEATING PLATE, WHICH DOES NOT AFFECT THE USE!
WHEN THE PRODUCT IS WORKING, SLIGHT STEAM LEAKAGE MAY OCCUR AT THE VALVE BODY MOUTH AND FLOAT, WHICH WILL NOT AFFECT THE USE, BUT IT IS ABNORMAL IF THERE IS A LARGE AMOUNT OF STEAM! FOR SOME MODELS WITH DISPLAY SCREEN, WHEN THE AIR HUMIDITY IS RELATIVELY HIGH, SOME WATER MIST MAY APPEAR ON THE DISPLAY SCREEN, WHICH IS A NORMAL PHENOMENON AND WILL DISAPPEAR NATURALLY AFTER NORMAL OPERATION.
IF THE SEAL RING IS USED FOR A LONG TIME (FOR MORE THAN 6 MONTHS). IT WILL TURN SLIGHTLY YELLOW, WHICH IS A NORMAL PHENOMENON, BUT IF IT BREAKS, IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!
IF THE ALUMINUM LINER IS USED FOR A LONG TIME, THE PAINT MAY BE SLIGHTLY POLISHED, WHICH WILL NOT AFFECT THE NORMAL USE. BE CAREFUL NOT TO CLEAN THE LINER WITH SHARP THINGS DURING NORMAL USE!
DUE TO TEMPERATURE (HEAT RISE AND COLD CONTRACTION), HUMIDITY AND AIR PH, THE PLASTIC PARTS OR OUTER PARTS OF THE PRODUCT MAY BE SLIGHTLY DEFORMED OR DISCOLORED, WHICH IS NORMAL AND WILL NOT AFFECT THE NORMAL USE!
DUE TO TRANSPORTATION, THE SHELL MAY BE DEFORMED AND DENTED. AS LONG AS IT DOES NOT HURT THE CONTROL PANEL OR LARGE-AREA DEFORMATION, IT WILL NOT AFFECT THE NORMAL USE!
OTHER SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES
- IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY USE IT TO LET THE PRODUCT INTO THE WATER, IMMEDIATELY CUT OFF THE POWER SUPPLY, TAKE OUT THE POT COVER, REMOVE THE SCREWS ON THE BOTTOM PLATE OF THE POT AND DRY IT IN THE SUN.
- IF THE EDGE OF THE LINER IS NOT CAREFULLY DEFORMED, IT CAN NOT BE PUT INTO THE POT OR LEAD TO AIR LEAKAGE. PRESS A NEW LINER OVER THE OLD LINER TO CHANGE THE OLD LINER BACK TO ITS PREVIOUS SHAPE.
- DUE TO THE INSTABILITY OF THE PLASTIC, INDIVIDUAL KEYS MAY NOT MOVE (IE. PRESSING THE KEY). YOU CAN GENTLY PULL OFF THE STICKER ON THE PANEL, PULL THE BUTTON OUTWARD SEVERAL TIMES, AND STICK THE STICKER AGAIN FOR NORMAL USE!
MAIN ACCESSORIES
MECHANICAL TYPE
THE REFERENCE PICTURES SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE REAL OBJECT
HEATING AND INSULATION INDICATOR LIGHT (MECHANICAL)
- DISPLAY THE WORKING STATE. THE TWO LIGHTS MAY JUMP BACK AND FORTH DURING OPERATION, WHICH IS A NORMAL DISPLAY. IN ADDITION, WHEN THE EXTERNAL TIMER RETURNS AND THE HEAT PRESERVATION LAMP IS ALWAYS ON, IT PROVES THAT THE COOKING TASK WILL AUTOMATICALLY ENTER THE HEAT PRESERVATION STATE AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETED. DO NOT KEEP THE HEAT PRESERVATION FOR A LONG TIME.
TIMING KNOB (MECHANICAL)
- THE MAIN FUNCTION KNOB ADJUSTS THE WORKING TIME, WHICH CAN APPROPRIATELY INCREASE OR REDUCE THE WORKING TIME ACCORDING TO THE AMOUNT OF FOOD AND PERSONAL TASTE! THERE WILL BE A “DING” SOUND AFTER THE WORK IS COMPLETED, INDICATING THAT THE WORK IS COMPLETED!
SIMPLE CIRCUIT DIAGRAM
USAGE METHOD
-
OPEN THE COVER. FIRST HOLD THE HANDLE OF THE POT COVER WITH YOUR HAND, ROTATE THE POT COVER CLOCKWISE TO THE LIMIT EDGE, AND THEN LIFT THE POT COVER UPWARD.
-
TAKE OUT THE INNER CONTAINER AND PUT THE FOOD AND WATER INTO THE INNER POT. FOOD AND WATER SHALL NOT EXCEED 4/5 OF THE HEIGHT OF THE INNER POT; FOOD EASY TO EXPAND IN WATER SHALL NOT EXCEED 3/5 OF THE HEIGHT OF THE INNER POT: FOOD AND WATER SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 1/5 OF THE HEIGHT OF THE INNER POT.
-
PUT THE LINER INTO THE INNER COVER. BEFORE PUTTING IN, WIPE THE BOTTOM OF THE INNER TANK AND THE HEATING PLATE, AND THERE SHALL BE NO SUNDRIES ON THE SURFACE OF THE INNER COVER, INNER TANK AND HEATING PLATE; AFTER PLACING THE LINER, GENTLY ROTATE THE LINER LEFT AND RIGHT TO KEEP THE LINER IN GOOD CONTACT WITH THE HEATING PLATE.
-
CLOSE THE LID. CHECK WHETHER THE SEALING RING HAS BEEN PUT INTO THE POT COVER. ROTATE THE ALUMINUM COVER LEFT AND RIGHT BY HAND TO MAKE THE SEALING RING FREELY AND EVENLY PLACED IN THE POT COVER. HOLD THE HANDLE OF THE POT COVER TIGHTLY, PLACE THE LIMIT EDGE OF THE FINGER HORIZONTALLY, THEN ROTATE THE POT COVER COUNTERCLOCKWISE TO THE BUCKLE POSITION, AND HEAR THE “CLICK” BUCKLE SOUND.
NOTE: PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE POT COVER IS IN PLACE BEFORE PLUGGING IN, OTHERWISE THERE WILL BE AIR LEAKAGE. IN CASE OF THIS PHENOMENON, PLEASE TURN OFF THE POWER FIRST AND COVER THE POT COVER WHEN THE AIR PRESSURE IN THE POT DROPS. -
PLACE THE PRESSURE LIMITING (EXHAUST) VALVE IN THE “SEALED” POSITION AND CHECK WHETHER THE FLOAT VALVE FALLS (THE FLOAT VALVE FALLS BEFORE HEATING). SOME ONEKEY EXHAUST MODELS CAN ROTATE THE VALVE BODY SMOOTHLY.
-
TURN ON THE POWER SUPPLY AND THE HEATING LIGHT IS ON: TURN THE KNOB DIRECTLY TO THE REQUIRED FUNCTION. THE HEATING LAMP IS ON.
NOTE: ENSURE THAT THE POT BODY PLUG AND THE POWER PLUG ARE INSERTED TO THE BOTTOM. -
OPEN THE LID AND TAKE THE FOOD. AFTER COOKING, UNPLUG THE POWER PLUG AND PULL THE PRESSURE LIMITING (EXHAUST) VALVE TO THE “EXHAUST” POSITION FOR AIR BLEEDING (FOR SOME MODELS, PRESS THE EXHAUST BUTTON). THE COVER CAN BE OPENED SAFELY ONLY AFTER THE PRESSURE IN THE POT IS COMPLETELY RELEASED AND THE FLOAT IS STUFFY DOWN.
HOLD THE HANDLE OF THE POT COVER TIGHTLY AND ROTATE THE POT CLOCKWISE TO TAKE IT
IF YOU COOK LIQUID FOOD (PORRIDGE AND VISCOUS LIQUID), YOU MUST COOL IT NATURALLY UNTIL THE FLOAT FALLS, OTHERWISE THE FOOD WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE VENT PIPE. WHEN THE SOUP AND PORRIDGE ARE COOKED, THE FLOAT QUE FALLS AND THE COVER CAN BE OPENED. IT IS BEST TO OPEN THE COVER AND HEAT IT FOR BOILING FOR 3-5 MINUTES TO MAKE THE SOUP OR PORRIDGE MORE FRAGRANT, SMOOTH AND DELICIOUS.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- AFTER EACH USE, IT SHOULD BE CLEANED IN TIME. FIRST UNPLUG THE POWER SUPPLY, AND THEN CLEAN IT IN TIME AFTER THE PRODUCT COOLS DOWN.
- PULL THE SEALING RING AND ALUMINUM COVER OUT OF THE MIDDLE SILICA GEL WITH FORCE, AND REPLACE IT AFTER CLEANING.
**PULL UP (REMOVE)
PRESS DOWN (INSTALL)**
- PAY ATTENTION TO WHETHER THE ANTI BLOCKING COVER AND FLOAT ARE BLOCKED: DURING EACH CLEANING. IF SO, PLEASE CLEAN THEM IN TIME
**PULL UP (REMOVE)
PRESS DOWN ( INSTALL)**
- WIPE THE LID AND BODY OF THE POT WITH A RAG. DO NOT IMMERSE THE POT IN WATER FOR CLEANING AND SPRAYING
- AFTER CLEANING, RECONFIRM WHETHER THE SEALING RING, FLOAT, ANTI BLOCKING COVER, WATER RECEIVING BOX AND OTHER COMPONENTS ARE INSTALLED CORRECTLY.
