Activate Your Charging Subscription

Register Account in the App
- To log in to the app, you must first create an account by clicking on “Register now”.
- Enter your email address and desired password, then press “Continue”.
- You will receive an email from us to confirm your email address. Click on the link to confirm your account.
Download the App
To begin using the Elaway app, you can download it from either the App
Store or Google Play.

Confirm Verification and Register Account in the App
- Receive an email with confirmation.
- Go back to the app and confirm that you have verified your email.
- Enter all your contact information.
Add a Payment Card
- Before you can start charging, you must add a valid payment card by clicking on the menu button at the top left.
- First, tap on the card icon to enter the card number, then tap “Add”.
- To verify with BankID, open the BankID app and sign before you can continue. Then press “Complete purchase”.
Activate Your Charging Subscription
- The charging station will not be able to start charging until your subscription is activated. Tap on the menu at the top right.
- Tap on “Subscription”.
- Tap on the subscription that needs to be activated.
- Tap on “Confirm”.
- The subscription is now active.
Start Charging
- Press “Start” to initiate the charging process after the vehicle is connected.
- Here you can monitor your charging session and choose to end the charge.
- Summary of the charging session including information about the charge.
If multiple people need to charge, those using the charging station must share login credentials or add charging tokens for each user.
Add a Charging Token
- If you wish to start and stop charging with a charging token instead of through the app, you can add it to the app. Tap on “Charging token” in the menu.
- Tap “Add charging token”.
- To register an RFID token, either hold it close to the charger until it beeps or add it by using the token number.
