Product Usage Instructions

  1. Connecting the Sensor: Connect your sensor to your phone using the Recipe app downloaded from the App store. Pick up the Sensor to activate it. If it doesn’t turn on, give it a light shake until the green light starts flashing. Once the words “Sensor Found” appear on the screen, the sensor is connected.
  2. Attaching the Sensor: Hover the sensor over the adhesive and it will stick to the adhesive with the magnet.
  3. Battery Replacement: If the sensor does not connect and the light remains off, it indicates an empty battery. Do not replace the battery yourself; return it to Plethy using the grey bag provided with the sensor.
  4. Product Communication: Include the serial number for product communication. The serial number can be found on the label of the sensor.

  1. Connect your sensor to your phone and the Recipe app (download from the App Store). With the Recupe app open, pick up your Sensor. The sensor is motion-activated and turns on when you pick it up and move it. When it does not turn on, give it a light shake in your hand.   2. After a couple of seconds, you will see the words “Sensor Found” at the bottom of your screen. Your sensor is now connected to the Recipe app.
  3. Hover the sensor over the adhesive and it will stick to the adhesive with the magnet.
  4. When the Recipe sensor does not connect and the light remains off, the battery is empty. Do not replace the battery yourselves but return it to Plethy; Use the grey bag that was provided when you received the sensor.
