APP Download
Scan the QR code to download and install the APP on your smartphone. Ensure
compatibility with iOS 9.0 & above and Android 5.0 & above.
Firmware and APP Upgrade
Make sure the watch’s firmware and the APP are up to date to optimize
usage. Follow instructions in the manual for upgrading.
APP Connection
- Turn on Bluetooth and GPS on your mobile phone.
- Connect the device with the mobile APP using the provided steps.
- Follow the mobile phone settings guide for smooth operation.

A: The device is not suitable for diving or swimming. Avoid hot water baths, hot springs, saunas, etc. -

A: You can change the watch face by long-pressing on the homepage and selecting from the available options or by downloading new faces from the Face Gallery in the Dafit app. -
Q: How do I monitor my blood oxygen levels?
A: The watch has a Blood Oxygen/Blood Pressure Monitoring feature. You can check historical data in the APP’s interface.

APP Download
Scan the QR code to download and install the APP.
Note: Downloading the APP on iPad or Tablet is not supported.
Compatible with iOS 9.0 & above and Android 5.0 & above.
If the watch’s firmware or the APP is not the latest version, it may affect
the usage of the watch or the APP. Please update the watch’s firmware and the
APP to the latest version.

APP Connection

Turn on Bluetooth and GPS on your mobile phone.
Ensure the watch is not paired with other phone -
Connect the Device directly with Mobile APP: APP-[Dafit] → [Device] → [Add device] → Tap on the searched watch name to pair it. Do not connect watch with the phone’s Bluetooth directly.

Follow the App guide to finish the phone setting to allow the app and watch
works smoothly works for you
Special Attention : Android phone will automatically clean up infrequently used APP, causing APP to be closed in the background. Please turn on the relevant permissions to ensure normal use.

In homepage ，Swipe from top to the bottom -
Ai Voice assistant
Firstly please make sure watch is connected to the app dafit，and Audio has been enabled in in the Pop up window
Then in homepage，swipe from the left to the right , enter quick feature， find Ai voice，to command the phone via voice -
Change Watch Face

Method 1 : long press on homepage,then slipe to switch watchface,or scroll the crown button to switch watch face in the homepage.

Method 2 : watchface gallery to download,Go to Dafit → Device → Watchface → Face Gallery,to choose the one you like,click download and wait till page shows 100% downloaded.

Step Counting: Activity data resets every day after 00:00, and you can check the history records in the APP

Heart Rate Monitor: it measures your heart rate data,swipe to Heart rate page,click and wait few seconds till the result shows up,if you need continuous heart rate,you can go to Dafit → others → Health → Continuous Heart rate setting,also you can set a warning value when heartrate is at a higher point.
Notes: -
Ensure the sensor at the back of the watch slightly touches the skin and the wristband not too tight or too loose.

lf you need to measure the exercise heart rate, please go to the exercise mode for measurement.

Blood Oxygen/Blood Pressure Monitoring: lt measures your blood oxygen saturation/Blood Pressure data. You cancheck the historical measurement results in saturation data, You can check the historical measurement results in the APP’s blood oxygen/blood pressure interface

Sleep Monitoring: It records your sleep data, and you can check the history records in the APP (Sleep statics reset to zero at 8:00PM.)

Weather : you need to connect watch to the dafit app to get a upcoming few days weather info,moreover you can go do Dafit → Device → Others → Weather → to switch between ℃and ℉
Note: The weather information displayed on the smart watch is obtained from a third-party weather service provider. If your smart phone and smart watch obtain weather data from different weather service providers, then the displayed weather information may also be different. -
Calling funtion

Step 1：After the andriod phone connect to watch first time successfully ，app will pop up with a window to connect audio BT just click and pair.

Step 2 ： now you can enter into menu and BT call ,to dial out or receive calls

Step 3: Sync contacts from app to watch
Go to Dafit → Device → Favorite Contacts → Click Add → load the contacts you want → Save → Done → loading ,then it will shows in your watch. -
Step 4 : when you dont want take calls on watch ,go to watch setting → phone call → click to disable phone call status and turn off

Step 5: Phone reset will erease all contacts loaded also the call histroy on watch

Music Control:
A: control music play on phone,ensure app connected to watch, and play phone music player,go to menu → player → control next and last song switch & volume(

B: use watch speaker to play phone music,ensure watch connect to app ，and phone call/audio bluetooth is on and connected, then phone music sounds played via watch-
Multiple sport modes : Exercise data will be automatically synchronized to the APP when connected, and you can check the detailed data records in the sports mode in the APP. Notes: The watch does not built with GPS.But the GPS track function can be used in the Sport mode of app.

Shutter (watch should be connected to the APP)
Go to Dafit → Device → Shutter → Click to enter then enter Shutter in the watch menu ,click shutter icon or wrist flip to take photo. -
Sedentary Reminder: Go to Dafit → Device → Others → Remind to move, click and icon to enable/disable

Alarm Function:

Method 1 : Go to watch → menu → more → alarm → set the alarm time.

Method 2 : Go to Dafit → Device → Alarms → Set the alarm.

Message Pushing: Go to Dafit → Device → Notifications → Enable the messages sync on watch from the apps you want.

Wake Screen on Wrist Raise: Flip your arm and screen will light up ，Go to Dafit → Device → Others → Quick View to set its always enabled or enabled during a period time of a day

Menu style change : On home page，Single click to crown button to enter into menu, quick double click side crown button to switch menu type

Customize the main pages of Right Swipe :
On homepage，When we continuously swipe screen from left to right ,it comes with Activity, Sleep ,Heartrate ,Blood Pressure ,Spo2 ,Weather
User can long press on the function page center , it can delete the function page and add other function page -
Quick shortcut：on home page ,swipe screen from left to the right , it comes with the recent used icon and menu entrance

Women Physiological：enable in the dafit – Device – others -Physiological cycle reminder to set more details

Note : The watch is equipped with a charging cable. and its charging current watch can take is under 5V/1.5A
