How to use the Hearing Aid
Turning it on & off: Long Press the transparent button for 5 seconds
until it bleeps green 3 times to turn it on. Press the same button for 5
seconds to turn it off. It will light blue 3 times to indicate that its off.
Setting up the volume: Press the volume up & volume down button to set
your desired volume level. With every press, you will hear one beep.
Choosing the noise mode: Depending on where you are, you have to set up
the ambient mode for the hearing aid. It has 3 modes: Normal mode, Low Noise
Reduction Mode & High Noise Reduction Mode. To switch modes you need to single
press the transparent button (once the hearing aid is turned on).
With every press you will hear 1, 2 or 3 beeps which indicate the currently set mode. 1 Beep is for Normal Mode such as when you are in a quiet environment such as home, or somewhere alone without noise or many people talking. 2 Beeps is for when you are walking in the street, talking with 2 persons or more, or when you are in a noisy environment. 3 Beeps is the High Noise Reduction Mode which is used when you are in loud environments in which there are many noises such as car horns, running engines, loud music, many people speaking, wedding, disco, etc. After setting up the hearing aid successfully, it will hold the setting. So when you turn it off and then on again, it will be at the previously set setting.
Wearing it properly: To wear it properly you must first place the hearing
aid behind your ear, then insert the ear piece into your ear firmly & gently.
Once you feel that it is tightly inserted and it is not whistling, you should
start hearing it work. If you are satisfied with what you can hear then you
can leave it as it is. But if you feel that it has to be further adjusted, you
can adjust it whilst it is in your ear by pressing the buttons as explained
earlier.
Charging the hearing aid: View the picture above to understand how the
hearing aid has to be charged. It will take approximately 4-6 hours maximum to
be charged fully. Once it is charging it will light blue, and when finished it
will turn to green.
IMPORTANT NOTES! – – Make sure to keep hearing aid clean at all times! Also clean your ears before and after using it for efficient use. Damaging the hearing aid with ear wax is not part of the guarantee as it is your duty to make sure that it is kept clean at all times! Make sure to turn off before charging it and when fully charged do not leave it charging for no reason. Unplug it, and leave it in its box turned off until you are ready to use it.
