Tips & Tricks

  • Add 2 to 3 minutes to the cooking time if the appliance is still cold.
  • If you’re reheating food, set the timer for a maximum of 10 minutes at a low tempera-ture of 120-150 degrees.
  • Use minimal to no oil, unless you want your food to be crispier. In that case, a light coating of oil on the ingredients is recommended. Use an oil spray for this purpose.
  • Snacks/recipes that can be prepared in the oven can also be prepared in the air cooker.
  • For preparing pies, cakes, and dishes with ba˛er or fillings, use a heat-resistant baking pan or line the air cooker with parchment paper to prevent food from sticking.
  • Smaller ingredients generally require slightly shorter cooking times than larger ones.
  • When using a larger quantity of ingredients, the cooking time will only be slightly longer; with a smaller quantity, the cooking time will be slightly shorter.
  • For optimal results and to avoid uneven frying, shake smaller ingredients halfway through the cooking time.
  • For crispy fries, add a li˛le oil to fresh potatoes. After adding the oil, let the ingredi-ents sit for a few minutes before placing them in the air cooker.
  • Extremely greasy ingredients, such as sausages, are not suitable for preparation in the air cooker.
  • For preparing crispy fries, the optimal amount is 500 grams per batch.
  • Use ready-made dough to prepare quick and easy filled snacks. Ready-made dough also has a shorter cooking time than homemade dough.eg.
