Product Usage Instructions

Installation Steps:

1. Wall-mounting/Pole-mounting:
   

   • WARNING: Turn off the power before beginning the wiring. Use with extreme caution and follow instructions carefully.
   • Note: Do not open forcibly, it will cause damage to the product.
   • Release the two screws which are used to fix input power line.
   • Strip the individual wires by about 7 to 10 mm (0.3 to 0.4in). Wrap the terminal blocks in the accessory kit to the core. Use pliers to crimp the terminals firmly.
   • For single-phase cables, require at least 32A cables as input cables. For three-phase cables, require at least 16A cables as input cables.
   • It is recommended to use a network cable of Category 5e or above.
   • Turn on the power. The Atlas Charger now electrically live and will show purple breathing light (offline idle).

2. Attaching Back and Power on:

   • Once all cables have been inserted, install the product body to backplate and lock the 4 M4*10mm hexagon socket screws.

Status Indicator Light :

• Purple breathing lamp: Offline Idle
• Purple all bright: Offline prepare
• Green breathing lamp: Online Idle
• Green all bright: Online prepare

1. Q: How can I know if the charger is in the charging state?
   A: The green water lamp indicates that the charger is in the charging state. The higher the charging current, the faster the rhythm of the status indicator.

2. Q: What should I do if I encounter an error with the charger?
   A: If you see a red flashing light, it indicates an error. Please contact us for assistance or refer to the detailed product manual on our official website.

3. Q: What does it mean if the status indicator shows a white water lamp?
   A: A white water lamp indicates that the charger is upgrading. Please wait for the process to complete before use.

Installation steps

Choose the circuit breaker before installation
For safe use of Atlas Charger and maximum output power, please install circuit breaker as suggestion:

1. A single-phase 40A circuit breaker at the input line of ‘ A7-ST Socket’ or ‘A7-ST Cable’.
2. A three-phase 20A circuit breaker at the input line of ‘ A11-ST Socket’ or ‘A11-ST Cable’. Atlas Home Charger is integrated with type A 30mA AC and 6mA DC leakage protection, you can choose to install a separate residual current device (RCD) type B leakage protection circuit breaker according to your need for a wall-mounted charger.
   WARNING: Turn off the power before begin the wiring.
   Use with extreme caution and follow instructions carefully.

Note: Do not open forcibly, it will cause damage to the product.

1. Wall-mounting/Pole-mounting

2. Drill 5 holes using φ 10 drill bit on the wall, with a depth of about 60mm. (recommended installation height: 50–150cm)
   For wall-mount, fix the backplate using 5 PA650mm tapping screws.
   For pole-mount, fix the backplate using 5 M516mm combination screws.

3. Wiring
   Input power cable

4. Release the two screws which are used to fix input power line.

5. Strip the individual wires by about 7 to 10 mm (0.3 to 0.4in). Wrap the terminal blocks in the accessory kit to the core. Use pliers to crimp the terminals firmly.
   Note: Ensure that the insulation rubber of the AC input cable is flush with the indicator position on the backplate.

6. Press the AC input cable with cable crimp ring, and connect the PE-N-L1-L2-L3 cable to the corresponding port. The following connection is for TN grid.

7.  After finished wiring input power cable, please lock the 2 screws mentioned in step 1 back.
   Note: For single-phase cables, require at least 32A cables as input cables. For three-phase cables, require at least 16A cables as input cables.
   Ethernet line

8. It is recommended to use a network cable of Category 5e or above.

9. Attaching Back and Power on

10. Once all cable have been inserted, install the product body to backplate and lock the 4 M4*10mm hexagon socket screws.

11.  Turn on the power. The Atlas Charger now electrically live and will show purple breathing light (offline idle).
