  5. Q: My bread go stale! How shall I do?
A: We recommend you add small bag or protective film on the bread before storing them into our bread box. Keeping bread fresh requires a careful balance between airflow and humidity. You need to hold the moisture to prevent staleness, but if you stop ALL airflow, mold will grow much faster. Bread boxes are supposed to be a little less than air tight.

  6. Q: I’m missing the hardware/knobs/screws or my product is defective (broken board, etc.). How could I reconcile this situation?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience. For any missing parts, damages or warranty, please go to your order detail page to find your order information.
